The Rakhi delivery was requested for the 18th Aug, it got delivered earlier on the 7th Aug. Though they give a disclaimer on this. Why give a date? A couple days here and there is understandable. The rasgullas were tinned instead of fresh (disappointing) and not mentioned as such in the description. The accompanying card was crushed and receiver had to put it between books to straighten before handing over to person it was meant for.

Had problem with my credit card payment. FNP staff Aina contacted me and help me thru. She was very patience and helpful. Good job 👍

When ordering, i checked with the CS if the message can be written in thai and she said yes. But when the gift was delivered, the message card was empty. Upon checking with the CS, she informed that that system does not support thai so the message was not printed out.
So if there is an issue with the message, shouldn’t they contact me to inform me so that I can replace the message instead of sending a blank card to the recipient?
And as compensation, they offer $10 off for the next purchase. With such service, who would purchase from them again? They have totally ruined the surprise gift!

I always come back to FNP for flowers and gifts for friends, colleagues and family. I wanted to give them a surprise and FNP never fail to help.
