i tried to order flowers for same day delivery but they said that the delivery could not be processed and went to talk to Aina and she helped me so much thank you😊😊

The best customer service and quick response!

Ordered flowers for a birthday surprise, scheduled for between 11pm and 11.59pm on 08/10/2026. Delivery address was not given during checkout - they are supposed to contact me before delivery to get my location.

7.38pm, i received 2 calls and an email from FNP asking for delivery address. 7.46pm (just 8 minutes later) i replied to the email with the address.

No further communication from FNP. I called them up at 9.50pm to get a status update for my order. Customer service told me my order is put on hold and will not be delivered because of a missing address - to which i informed them i already responded to the email. The call operator checked and verified that i had indeed provided an update.

He apologised and later confirmed the delivery address again via text. I asked for the flowers to be delivered first thing in the morning, at 9am. They said they would deliver it at the earliest timing possible.

The next day, at 10am the flowers still did not arrive. The person the flowers were intended for had already flown back to their country. And the missing flowers created a huge misunderstanding that eventually led to a breakup.

And all FNP can tell me is that they are 'sorry for the inconvenience caused'

Have used FNP many times with zero disappointment. This time, I was Proactively contacted by Aina, who was very helpful and offered me a discount as a returning customer. Cake and flowers delivered same day to an appreciative recipient.
