Ordered these a while back, and they finally arrived. Took longer than I’d hoped, but I can’t complain about the quality. Comfortable, sturdy, and well-made. Would recommend, just be patient with shipping.

Ordered from here for the first time and everything went smoothly. The shoes arrived on time, exactly as described, and the quality is solid. No surprises—just a hassle-free experience. Would definitely order again!

Buying sneakers from Foothaven is an easy task for me to buy for my needs. Easy browse on the website to find and compare what shoes that I want is so much easy and I get the things in a quick and cheaper way. They have great discount

I’m convinced all the 5-star reviews are fake. Here’s my experience:
• Order Delays: It took over a month to arrive.
• Zero Customer Support: They ignored multiple emails—no response at all.
• Shady Return Policy: Despite what their website claims, they demanded I pay for return shipping and promised to “credit” the cost later.
• Suspicious Product: While the product looks fine, I believe it may be counterfeit due to their unprofessional behavior and sketchy policies.

I should have noticed how they dont have IG or any other "official" page. After this nightmare, I refused their return process and went straight to my bank. They never responded again.

Save yourself the hassle—DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Still active in giving a test job on Upwork to give review on Trustpilot for this online store. Which they have no intention of hiring.

This company is a scam. I ordered shoes and they have not been delivered and they will not answer emails.

SCAM SITE!!!!

Ordered in November, delivered fake shoes 5 weeks later after many emails trying to find out what was happening. Then tried to return fake shoes. Given lots of excuses and then finally a prepaid post label to return them.

I then returned the shoes and heard nothing from them. I then emailed to check they had received them only to receive an email saying that they won't refund and that I need to recoup the money from my bank!!!

It's been 3 months of back and forth emails, them constantly using delay tactics and eventually saying I have to go through my bank to get a refund.

Now faced with trying to recoup nearly $300 paid for fake shoes via the bank.

These people really suck and are just making the world a worse place to live. Shame on them.

See below for the last response I got from them. If you are going through the games they play with back and forth emails, I'd say don't bother. Just go straight to ACCC and your bank and report them so they can't do this to other people.

Changing from 5 stars to 1 star. This a test job on Upwork to give review on Trustpilot for this online store. Which they have no intention of hiring.

If I could give this company a zero star I would! Ordered 2nd December for a Christmas present. Kept saying it would be delivered gave false tracking number that just kept saying pending
Sent so many messages never a response
Shoe’s finally arrived 17January but to late so sent them back
Still waiting for a refund after numerous emails and bad reviews THEY NEVER RESPOND TO ANYTHING!

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!

Also Trust pilot has asked for further information 3 times and still no response

If I could give this company a zero star I would! Ordered in December and still no delivery and still has my money!! I also notified trust pilot who verified their website and they’ve done nothing so I wouldn’t trust websites that they have verified!! They couldn’t even offer a valid phone number.

Like the slew of one star complaints I've already read on this company, we too have had, are still having, the worst experience ever with an online store.
On 10 December 2024 we purchased a pair of Birkenstocks for our grandson's Christmas present, which were shown as is stock. By Christmas Eve they still hadn't arrived, much to the disappointment of our grandson.
Repeated e-mails to Foot Haven requesting the order be cancelled and a refund issued, finally had them reply and 'apologise' giving the reason they were out of stock and they would dispatch them as soon as possible.
Again, more e-mails from me insisting on a cancellation and refund, finally issued a response that the shoes had been despatched.
This was now mid January this year.
Again an angry e-mail from me insisting the shoes be returned and a refund issue, and more silence from Foot Haven.
The shoes arrived which were not the ones ordered anyway. It is now 28 January.
More angry e-mails to Foot Haven requesting a return and refund and finally a response, and half hearted apology, to say a return label was to be issued and when the shoes were received back an immediate refund would be forthcoming.
AusPost shows Foot Haven received the shoes on 31 January and here we are nearly one month later and still no refund. Not only do Foot Haven have the shoes, they also have our money!
I have taken this up with PayPal and quite frankly they are just as useless as Foot Haven.
I have also lodged this with Fair Trading, who are now investigating but unfortunately that could take another month.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased Nov 2024 and now halfway through Feb 2025. Nothing arrived, no reply to emails, avoiding every message.

What a disappointment. Appalling customer service and contact when there was an issue. Did not send my product and when it was so delayed my request for a refund was denied. I tried to contact them a dozen times. Do not buy from this company

Supportify actually saved my payments! I kept forgetting deadlines and their reminders alone are worth every penny. It's so simple, I still can't believe it!

Goods never arrived, no support, no replies to enquiries, I would give a zero rating if I could. Terrible. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Full disclosure- shoes finally arrived after more than 2 months - still no communication from the company but we have the shoes!

Ordered early December and still have not received my shoes. Terrible customer service. Have had a couple of replies stating issues with transport and that I would receive my order within the week. Have asked twice for a refund. No reply. Phone number does not work. I will be referring to the ACCC. Do not use this company.
