Shipments delayed delivery of one of our mattresses. Urban Mattress provided a loaner and their products are really good. The two reasons I lowered the rating was 1) for the way prices were presented and discounts? applied. I thought there was some deliberate deception. 2) having purchased the premier adjustable frame, the delivery people were on the truck when I discovered that the vibrating mechanism was very noisy. I ran out to the truck and they just said that was the way they were.

I went in to buy a pillow, nothing high dollar like a mattress set. Colin took as much time with me as he would with someone spending a lot more money...it was very refreshing. He made sure I got exactly the pillow I was looking for!! I also enjoyed a refreshing adult sparkling beverage from Maxline while I was there. That was awesome!! :) Support local!!

Joel and Mark were excellent. Good product information, no pressure or gimmicks, straightforward customer service. Delivered when promised.

We knew what we wanted and ordered our mattress over the phone because of the pandemic. Urban Mattress delivered our mattress in a timely manner. We have ordered many mattresses from them and have always had a good professional experience with them. We also are happy to support local business when we can.

Collin was very knowledgable about the products; and helped us pick out the perfect mattress. He understoond the construction, performance and pros for each different mattress we looked at.

We were so pleased that during the Covid pandemic that they opened the store for a “private” showing for us! We had just moved from Texas and were miserable with our beds. Got us exactly what we needed. We are very pleased.

We have had the Bloom Dahlia mattress for three years now and we absolutely love it. We also have pillows from Urban mattress (with loose fill inside) that we rave about. Amazing products that last.

Joel did an outstanding job helping me find the right mattress. I had been sleeping on a Sleep Number bed for 10 years and for several months had been waking up with a painful lower back and hips, as well as walking around bent over. When I took the bed apart, I found that it had broken and one of the four bed boards was about 4-6 inches lower than the other three.
Since sleeping on my urban mattress for 2 months, I now have no pain, am able to walk standing straight up, and am getting a much more restful sleep.

Just had a great shopping and showroom experience w/ urban mattress that ended up w/ not only myself buying a mattress but also my in laws.. They went above and beyond w/ delivery, setup, free pillows and just were excellent..

Very relaxed environment. Employee was also relaxed, well humored and met my father in law where he was mentally (dementia), all the while making my father in law comfortable and trusting. We did go to three other stores after and returned to purchase the mattress. The fact they donate to help aid foster parents and children (of which we are fosters), was a plus in my mind!

This is the coolest, "quality matters" mattress company ever. Buying a new mattress is somewhat akin to buying car - its hard to choose and not easy to know if you chose the right product the first time around. The service at Urban is outstanding and the delivery guys are super. They have a great guarantee process to ensure you choose the right bed you are going to love - we had to change products after a month, the first choice was too firm and they made the process easy - both times, quick and convenient delivery. We love the bed, its super comfortable and the product quality is high - very well made. The whole staff is customer oriented, making it a really great experience. We couldn't recommend Urban in Fort Collins more.

We purchased a mattress and had to test drive a couple to finally get the right one. After some time with the new mattress "The Sincerity" the box-springs we originally received with the new mattress started breaking down. We called in and were able to upgrade to a more sturdy box-spring and it has made the world of difference. It has caused our mattress to be even a better experience! Sleeping wonderfully and pleased with our mattress and service. Thank you Mark and Joel
