We are very satisfied with our new bed!!! We sleep wonderfully, body and mind, knowing we aren't also breathing in lot of chemicals. So happy our sales man told us about everything Urban mattress does to to make and keep their mattresses un-harmful!!

Their products are superb - locally made with none of the harmful chemicals that many imported mattresses and pillows are crammed full of - and the delivery was swift and reliable. We could not be happier with our choice.

I've had the mattress about a year now and love it. Women love it too. A comfort everyone appreciates plus it doesn't transfer movement thru whole bed! Salesperson and delivery crew was great.
As with many mattresses I feel the cost is very high considering what simple materials and labor go into a bed. Mine was $2300 approx but if it lasts me a decade or more then I feel it's a fair value. Time will tell.

This was the first time I ever bought a decent mattress and it was a good experience. I was not rushed and I was allowed to try as many as I wanted. The sheets I purchased were a very good quality and I will be back to buy more.

We had been looking for a new mattress for months, and would dread going into mattress stores for fear of being jumped by a sales person who would stalk us around the store and pressure us to buy. Urban mattress was not like this at all. We came in on 2 separate occasions and interacted with 2 different associates. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable, asked great questions to help us find the best fit, and gave us time to explore, try out beds, and talk without standing over our shoulder the whole time. After years of searching, and thousands of dollars, we finally found a bed that is comfortable for both my husband and I! We each have different back issues, and finding a bed that worked for both of us has been more than a challenge. Urban Mattress products are superior to those we looked at recently, and previously owned! Having a nontoxic mattress was important to us also. Mark is an amazing business person, with honest business practices and high integrity. We couldn't be happier with our choice to shop Urban Mattress!

Costumer service was great (even got a beer while shopping), but I’m really disappointed in my mattress. I’m about 3 years out from my original purchase and the top piece of foam has separated from the rest of the bed making it bubble in some areas (this started shortly after purchasing). There is an indention in the center of the bed (where I frequently sleep) and I’m not able to flip the mattress due to its construction (pillow top). Also the top fabric layer of the mattress is very thin and has little rips in it after a few years of wear. I spent $600 on my mattress and definitely thought it would be more durable. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t purchase again.

Urban mattress has a very nice selection of good mattresses. The one I chose was a bit more expensive than what I found at other mattress stores, but I find it very comfortable and think it is nicer than any other mattress that has coils. I have an old back injury and having a good mattress significantly reduces my pain level.
