I ordered some products from them, for the time delay they offered me some products for free ❤️

My order was initially not delivered, whether Forte was at fault or someone else I still am not sure. Regardless of blame, they were still kind, professional, and hasty when helping me with my issues. They reshipped my package at no cost and it’s expected on Monday. Would happily recommend the brand to anyone.

I had heard about the product from an Instagram ad and it peaked my interest greatly because the products were marketed as ones to help with a variety of hair types specifically. Products for straight hair like mine I feel have not gotten the love that they deserve so seeing some that might benefit me greatly excited me. The prices are what they are and that’s all fine and good. Although I did run into an issue on the end of the transaction process on the website and it had told me the product would be shipping out at a predetermined date upon my purchase. I was using the “Shop” app and after 5 days (which was the allotted time) there was no such progress on my items. I had a call with a representative and it felt like she was trying to get me to hang up the phone and not worry about my products progress in the mail and it felt very suspicious. She had told me she would provide me with a code for a discount for my inconvenience and I was somewhat satisfied with this but it was still upsetting because of how long I still had to wait for the product when I was promised a different window of time. I ended up not getting the email about the code she promised, so I emailed them asking for it. I conveyed I was nervous about never getting my product and I would like to be a customer but I wasn’t sure if I would be able to with a situation like this. Thankfully Bryan from the support team did an excellent job at reassuring me everything would be coming in on time! Bryan even offered me a free gift for the inconvenience and stress this interaction had caused, which was a great way to handle the situation and make all parties happy. If the product turns out to be good I will be becoming repeat customer and will put up a 5 star review ⭐️

This has honestly one of the best customer services with not only fast responses but polite and professional responses I have the forte series chrome clay which is just great for thick straight hair with a still high hold with a natural hold by far the best clay I have tried

Waited a week for a my products and it’s still on waiting for details my order number is 143989 what is the issue

I had a package lost in transit so I reached out to Forte Series' Support team to see if they could assist. Within the hour, they responded apologetically and empathetically, and continued to check in and update me every couple of days or so, which was unexpected. Ultimately, as this issue remained unresolved through no fault of their own, they were able to find a solution that met all my needs. They were kind, caring, and helping throughout the entire experience. Very impressed!

I’ve been using Forte products for a while and have been trying out the different ranges of products, all of them have been excellent! The customer service team are superb as well! I had a delayed order and the customer service team contacted me and gave me multiple options to what suited me best and kept me updated with its progress, not only that but allowed me to swap a product from that order that’s now my go to!

Ive been struggling a lot for what I need for my hair care routine and Forte Series just saved me. Simple and I highly recommend it. 🙌

Have been using Forte Series products for over 4yrs now and it has been the only product I've used on my hair. The Argan Oil is one of the best hair products ever (IMO) with the Texture Clay a close second. I love the minimalist packaging and the fact that they seem to put their effort into the actual products-Don't get me wrong, the products still have a vibe when displayed. I have had a few shipping errors but the Forte team has been very quick to respond and resolve. I highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! I have been a fan of Alex Costa and the Forte Series for years now and finally after years I’ve decided to pick up the products. I live overseas so getting the products were always going to be an issue for me but to my surprise it was not at all! From the shipping speed to the customer service to the products themselves which are absolutely amazing! I just cannot recommend this place enough!!! The best for your hair trust me! I’ve used a lot of products and this is just IT. I will definitely buy again and why are you wasting time reading this? Go buy the forte series right now because this is the only review you’d need!!!!

I placed an order for two items, and realized that I had ordered something by mistake. I went on the website and provided my information to the chat bot. I received an email back within one hour from Bryan, who rectified my situation. What makes that even more remarkable, is that this happened on Black Friday, which is a busy shopping holiday. This proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that this is a legit company, which is well-run and top quality. Alex is building an empire, very impressive.

I have enjoyed trying out several different Forte products over the past few months. On two recent occasions when placing orders I encountered problems that led me to contact the Forte Customer Support team. In both cases, I received immediate assistance from support agents Christine and Bryan and both of problems were quickly resolved. Thank you to the Forte team for providing such a high level of customer support!

I reached out to customer service and Christine immediately took care of the issue! She followed up when she said she would follow up! Customer Service is hard to find in today's society, but Christine exemplifies how customers should be treated!! Great products and a great team!!

Order got misdelivered by the delivery service, but Forte, esp. Bryan the customer service rep, stepped in and troubleshooted ways for me to recover the package before assuring me they'll reship if it was truly lost.

I ordered my package in October it's now the middle of November where tf is my package???
