Horrible, I thought i was buying one product but next thing I know im paying for a subscription that I never even saw, worse they dont respond to customer service. Reported them to FTC, and hey if they dont cancel my subscription their getting sued as well.

Buy this, I didn't care what the review said, and I bought it, and the product, and it is so good, I would recommend buying it for adults and kids.

It has been 7 months and still haven't received it yet

Ok now I may have not bought from simpletics I’m thinking about it BUT if you read before you buy from the website IT WILL ASK IF YOU WANT TO START A SUBSCRIPTION and if you did not mean to do that YOU HAVE TO READ IT and choose one-time purchase thank you.

So disappointed in this company.
I paid over $120 for three products I would expect that they would package with care. No I didn’t pay the extra 4 dollars for care packaging as that is on them as a company, not me as the customer!

On delivery I was charged an $21 only to open a plastic bag with some styrofoam and leaking bottles. One which was completely EMPTY! There’s no way to contact customer service and the chat bot isn’t even live. What a rip off company.

Best sea salt spray ever
Before I used some random sea salt spray which was "Amazon's choice". When I got this sea salt spray, I realised how bad my old sea salt spray was. Simpletics gives insane texture, wave and volume. Only bad part, is delivery, but it's definitely worth it. I saw another review from UAE, where they said it was a scam, but I actually got it, just like my friend. So order it from tiktok store!

Before using this specific brand of sea salt spray. I consistently and continuously had bad hair days. but after using this, I got the beach look and fluffy hair. I do recommend this if you have wavy hair, but if you have straight use texturizing powder as well. you’ve done is Dillon.

I haven't actually ever bought simpletics but what I've understood from the reviews is the following:
avoid at all costs if you're outside from the US due to terrible shipping
strongly consider buying if you're in the US because the quality is really good

Never buy from them if you are outside the usa. I placed an on Jan 21, 2025 to the uae and I paid a lot for shipping.
It is today Feb 07, 2025 and the shipment did not arrive. No one is answering my emails and I have no clue on who is their local shipping agent in uae.
So dont buy from them anymore

I’m writing this to warn everyone about @simpletics.com_, a company that’s nothing but a scam. I partnered with them through my Instagram page @hairstyleguys, which has a massive following. I promoted their products, got them millions of views, and helped generate hundreds of orders.

But once they got what they wanted, they blocked me and refused to pay the money we agreed on. They used me for free marketing and ran off with the profits. This is not just unprofessional—it’s fraudulent.

If you’re an influencer, creator, or even a customer, STAY AWAY from @simpletics.com_. They are dishonest, unethical, and will cheat you the moment it benefits them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

This company is fake - Don't order from this criminals. Nothing is real. After 3 months we still waiting for the first order. Worse ! They transformed it to a subscription

SCAM
I bought 2 salt water sprays for 60$ they said they will take 3-21 days but it took 50+ days and I had to give 30$ more and when they finally came there was only 1this a scam

Simpletics website may be a bit confusing, but just got this product and Dillon, you’ve done it. This sea salt spray (vanilla) not only smells AMAZING, but works brilliantly on any hair, wet or dry.

Terrible!! Scammed my 14 year old son into a monthly subscription of salt spray - taking £60 a month - only revived one spray. We have sent 4 emails and no reply. Shocking company - shame on you.

The product is decent but had to pay an extra 40$ once it arrived after already paying 25$ for delivery, this is insane

amazing company, had perfect customer service and has a great owner, who even drinks spray, he is slightly geeked out, but amazing product great for all hair types
