Your comments about your dog walking away from a new food is one of the most common comments.
The first thing to establish is that your dog is in good health with no underlying health conditions. If they are fit and healthy then the most obvious reason is that they are not hungry. Try feeding the new food at a different time. It is in a dogs nature not to allow themselves to starve. They have a true survival instinct.
Should you wish to try something different then please email our sales team with your requirements and they will send out some more Trial Packs.

Lovely treats
I found some lovely treats including some for one of my dogs who is sensitive to almost everything! Delivery was quick. I was disappointed that polystyrene was used for packing. But treats look yummy!

We are conscious of our responsibilities in using sustainable packaging. We hope that you will be happy to know that the polystyrene you refer to is in fact Eco Flow. This is a starch based product which is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
Hope your dogs do find their natural Switzerland made treats yummy.
Four Friends Cat Food
Delivery was fast. Well packaged.
One of my cats is very fussy but the other one will normally eat anything you give her.
Only problem was neither of my cats liked this food. Don’t think there was anything wrong with the food so
will try them again but if they still ŵont eat it I will just donate it to the Cattery.

The delivery was speedy
The delivery was speedy, my cat loves the food, especially the furball treats . He is so fussy.
I did order another 2 brands of food so far yours is winning, he eats both wet n dry, and the dry food is winning

Excellent!!!!
The food is so easy to order and there’s a loyalty point system too. Delivery is excellent. My dog absolutely loves this food and his coat has never been so soft and shiny.
