Our online chat unfortunately was down therefore took 48hours to respond to this customer. And within those 48hours we received nothing but abuse foul mouth swearing. He was instantly refunded as we refuse to deal with any treatment of this nature.
Didn't receive the free sample
Packaging fine, shipping quick enough and fragrances seem real. However they advertise a free sample if you spend over £40, I didn't receive one.
Competition (fragrancesamplesuk) offer similar at £30 and never had a problem.

I’m not sure I could give even one star, as I didn’t receive my order, which I placed on 24 th of May and payed for the 1class delivery. I’ve emailed the shop a few times, but never got response either.

According to the GPS on Royal Mail website the item was delivered to your address which is why PayPal rejected your claim and it did go in our favour.
