My initial contact with John Brooks -cust service, was excellent. He gave me local companies to contact but neither carried the product in stock. He then suggested ordering from Home Depot Pro Desk, which was successful. This aspect was 5 star.
However, the issue came when the product arrived and was an incorrect color - even though the order and the box correctly listed it (TEAK). It was clearly not TEAK as the samples I received previously and Home Depot concurred so I had to return them and delay my project another 2-3 weeks while it was reordered. Hopefully the content of the box will be checked before shipment to ensure it is TEAK and not a very dark color near black.

I received the corners but no boards were included so i do not even havea bed

This product will work for me just fine, however I am missing 3 caps. This in no way will effect the performance of the product. While installing a corner anchor it snapped in half. Item was shipped readily. The plastic seems a bit fragile.

You can’t ask how you did if I haven’t received the order yet. You haven’t done anything yet.

The product and design are great; however, a couple of the boards were missing when it was delivered and we had to wait to get the extra parts in. The kids were a bit disappointed. However, the price was adequate and it did ship quickly.

If upgrading to 6x6 or 8x8 post you will need longer 8” or 10” hanger bolts. Unfortunately it was impossible to find bolts that that had the same hinge height and diameter and now I am stuck with nearly $500 in material that is unusable.

Frame It All raised bed components make gardening so much easier. Think Lincoln logs for adults. Within minutes I can build modular gardens that take the backbreaking bending out of gardening. I put down hardware cloth and landscape fabric first to discourage weeds and pests, then add cardboard, leaves, twigs, compost, and raised bed soil. Easy to plant, weed, and harvest. I use the 2 inch profiles so I can perch on the edge comfortably. Add drip irrigation and a few trellises and the garden grows fantastically with minimal labor by this old lady.
My oldest garden is almost 10 years old and looks as good as my newest one. I changed my mind about my garden configuration and was able to easily disassemble and reassemble them on my own, although it's more fun with family help.

My purchases are for commercial projects. The support team at Frame It All is very prompt to respond to my needs and are a pleasure to work wiht.

Good product but didn’t need as many long stakes. Landscapers did the job in reasonable time so installation fairly routine.

I ordered a 4' wide by 12' long by 22" high raised garden bed on July 10. There are some things I like, and some I do not:
Likes:
Very well-packed boxes.
Wood color is beautiful, looks very nice in my yard.
Came together pretty quickly once I got the base layer down.
I do not see any swelling or buckling of the boards after heavy rain.
Dislikes:
The delivery took more than 6 weeks, finally delivered on August 25th. I was informed the delivery would be late and given options to mitigate (choose different color, cancel, or wait). I chose to wait, but I received several emails saying it would ship by end of week and I would have to follow up because it didn't ship when stated.
The kit came in 7 boxes, all the same contents in 1 box ("kit a"). By the time I was done there were a ton of excess parts (2 5-gallon pails full), and due to the standard box contents, I was was missing 1 set of corner pieces. I had cut some of the other joining pieces to finish the assembly.
I opted to get 2" thick boards since the I ordered such a tall set. It was about $200 more for the set I bought. The boards are HOLLOW! I don't see how a hollow board, whether 2" thick or 1" thick will give that much support, nor do I see how it was justifiable to be that much more expensive.
The joining pieces are PLASTIC. I don't know how these pieces are going to be able to endure the winter months.

They sent me the wrong item. I should have received the item free of charge since it was not included in the original purchase of a raised garden bed.

I love this product. When I finish building these I will have a total of 9 garden boxes. The first ones I installed have been in use for 18 years and are still good. I installed a second row of boxes about 3 years ago and I will finish up with two larger boxes. The 1 inch depth has allowed me to use up some reclaimed vinyl fence. The stacking design works well to give taller boxes. I broke one of the pieces and was able to replace just the piece without buying a whole set.

The product design is quite easy to assemble and maintain. I have a unit that I ordered years ago and wanted to add to it.... I only wish the color of my original was available and I didn't have to choose another.
