Great product and great customer service

We used your products previously and we’re happy with the results. As we were attempting to add more linear footage, some of the original caps were blown away by the two hurricanes we had in this area. We thought that would be a simple order. Mistakingly we ordered the wrong part (1” caps instead of 2” caps). First, the postage to send the caps was more than the price of the caps. Second, no simple exchange seemed possible. And, third, after a restocking fee, I would have recouped a whopping $3. Not being user friendly and lack of customer service are the two areas your company should re-evaluate.

The products arrived in a couple large boxes. One of the anchor stakes was broken as I unpacked it. I did not need it so no big deal. The set up went pretty well. I did not realize I needed to put the covering 'cap' onto the stake before I pounded the stake too far down. This was my fault of course. I like the look of my fisnished project. I think the frame should last many years in my garden!

None answers at customer service or sales, nor returns phone messages (left 3). Account says wrong password (not) and when I try to get link for lost password no email link is sent?? Looks like good product just unable to purchase/find out about

This should have been a 5 star review.... The product is BEAUTIFUL! We ordered the playground border kit. Assembly was a breeze and it looks amazing!
Price was much better than other options I explored as well.
My only complaint is the packaging. There is not nearly enough padding so 4 of the boards came damaged beyond use.

The product arrived right on time in 9 boxes. I got the Alamo Animal Barrier kit. Everything about it is great with one exception, the gates. They are a little difficult to work and I had to make some adjustments on my own for them to swing properly. But otherwise, great. Be prepared to spend some time looking at the videos on how to build it. Really helps a lot

Emailed customer service over a week ago and no reply.. Interested in the product but need clarification to make sure it will hold up to mowing and edging with edger. Hard to support a product when there is not customer service.

I love the product and have been using it for over a decade. I was mistakenly sent one box of straight planks. I had ordered multiple boxes of all curved planks. Please send me one box of curved planks and send me return shipping slip so I can return the box of straight planks.

It’s exactly what I was looking for to use on the top rail of my deck. While I haven’t received my actual order to install yet, the sample is what I envisioned and should work perfectly. I liked that you have two options either the wood grain look or the just smooth side.

Now, I have to wait to know how well it holds up.

Love the product and used it for a large 48 ft by 32ft playground. I did end up buying some replacement parts (kids rammed it with power wheel) and it only broke the little connector. Downside was the shipping was more expensive than the parts. Would be nice to see your product on Amazon
