Great product. Easy to assemble. Attractive - complements my landscaping. I now have four of these raised garden beds. My herbs and vegetables grow very well in these raised beds.

They had what I was looking for at reasonable price. Package arrived quickly with no damage. Will deal with again

The packages I received for my order were missing pieces and included pieces I didn’t order. There were also wrong assembly instructions included. I had to look up online to find the correct one. I tried calling customer service today, but was only able to leave a message. I would have preferred to speak with someone to resolve quickly.

The product is fine. Delivered at first missing parts and with damaged parts. Took two shipments and several emails to get the extra parts needed.

I purchased the BOGO raised planters with lattice and greenhouse frame. They are easy to put together and are very sturdy. The self watering feature is the best part about it as I have a raised deck garden. I love them so much that I ordered two more!

I bought Walk-In 'Topolski' 8' x 8' Animal Barrier Raised Garden Bed - 2" Profile - Weathered Wood 2 Inch / 16.5" / 4' for $1020 delivered on 4/23/24 and installed 4/28. I discovered that the pieces to install the animal fence were the wrong color (the red instead of gray) and the fencing instead of being 4 -12 ft sections as described, what I received were pieces shorter than 10 feet and raggedly cut.
I tried to call and left messages and I emailed and as of today 6/14/24 THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE AND I NOW HAVE TO PAY $50 FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS. I would also say that instead of all black zip ties to attach the fence which would be less visible on the black fence. There were some black, BUT MOSTLY WHITE ZIP TIES (which makes no sense).
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST.

I was sent so many extra pieces of the other parts, but not the actual parts I needed and that were listed in description.

I just received and opened the vertical veggie wall and found the only thing in the box was the metal tubing. No net, No connectors, no caps, no ties. It appears the box has been opened and re-taped several times. I will be calling customer service to see what they will do.

We purchased two 4x4 from Lowes and assembly went very well (even though had to drill holes for screws in this version) We then purchased two 4x8 directly from Frame It All and have been working for several hours trying to figure out how the cross boards for levels 1 and 3 should be assembled. Printed instructions and videos are minimally helpful. We are resorting to "what looks right" but would rather have had clear assembly instructions.

Great product and the customer service is wonderful. They kept me updated on product availability and shipping. Fast shipping. I have already bought another product from Frame It All.

Product was easy to install. Hope it holds up. But for now we love it!!

Build guides, durability, and eco-friendliness absolutely shines here with Frame-it-All and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've already got other products of theirs in mind for more outdoor projects.

I purchased the stand alone pots and they are great. They are a perfect size to hold any plants and feel they are not going to tip in the wind because it is a solid base. I live in Kansas so wind is quite an issue.

Good product and customer service. Parts in boxes probably should have been better protected to prevent breakage. The boxes took a beating in transit and several pieces were broken. Customer service responded quickly to replace them.

The raised bed I purchased was easy to put together, looks great and should last.

This review is based solely on my experience. I wanted to love this product. I did a great deal of research and believed that I was going to receive a great product from a reputable company. I placed my order over the weeked...one order on Saturday for 2 planters and one order on Sunday for 1 planter. I received my order the following Wednesday and I was thrilled...until I started unpacking the boxes.

There was no Bill of Lading so I didn't know exactly what I was supposed to have I just knew that FedEx said they had delivered everything, but I did NOT have enough parts to complete the 3 planters I ordered. Could not reach anyone by phone, so I sent an email and received a response that there was a total of 11 boxes, I received 7, and I would receive the remaining the next day.

The next day I received 3 of the 4, but some were damaged. Over the past 2 weeks and 3 days I have sent countless emails. I get part of what I am supposed to receive, but something is damaged or I get a product but it is NOT what I am supposed to receive.

As of today,I am missing 1 board (to replace a damaged board) and I sent an email 2 days ago and have not heard anything yet.

Over the weekend, I put two of the planters together and while I like it, I don't love it nor was it as easy as it looks in the videos.

I had a bad experience and so far I have not yet received what I paid for 3 weeks ago. Is that typical behavior of this company? I doubt it or they wouldn't still be in business. Is their product subpar? Again I doubt it...but it isn't what I expected. Could my bad experience taint my perspective? Possibly. At the end of the day, I am not a happy customer. I hope this was just an anomaly and your experience is absolutely fantastic.

It was easy to order exactly what I wanted on the website and they were fast acting in getting it shipped and lining up how it was being shipped
