It took a long time for us to decide to have shutters fitted. I had seen many styles I didn't want. When the man came he explained everything to me. I told him what I did and didn't want and at the end of the conversation we decided to go with Kent bespoke shutters. OMG we are sooo pleased we did. Our shutters look amazing. The man that fitted them was absolutely brilliant. Every time he left my house and came back in he removed his shoes. We said he didn't have to, but he insisted he took them off. When he left he hoovered,tidied and left nothing behind. He left our house immaculate you would never have known he'd been there. The shutters themselves are of the highest quality, I love them.
