We love your cereal bars in our house although none of us is on a 'free from' diet. They are very filling and utterly delicious. Best cereal bars for us! Thanks 👍

Good products, high delivery fee
This time I was sent the wrong item, a 4 bar box instead of an 18 bar box. It took a few days to rectify as customer service take over 24 hours to respond. Lovely products but the delivery fee is too high for one or two items.

we often buy the 500g brown rice pasta for the considerable price of €6.70. We recently ordered the same product to find they have changed the packaging in order to reduce the quantity to 400g but keep the same price. Is €6.70 not already quite steep for 500g??? just a bit depressing really

Respuesta de Freee Foods
Dear Ian,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your concerns and for your continued support of our brown rice pasta. We fully appreciate your disappointment regarding the recent change from 500g to 400g packaging. Please be assured that our recommended retail price has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the new product size. However, individual retailers set their own prices, and we have no control over how these are applied at the point of sale.
We sincerely regret any frustration this may have caused and remain committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we thank you once again for bringing this matter to our attention.
Kind Regards
Freee Foods Team

Expensive delivery charges
Products are good and although a bit pricey we still decided to order.
Downside £7.95 delivery to Highlands this would stop us ordering again.

Prompt delivery of lovely goods.
Needs an extra layer of packing as the items moved and one packet split, first time this has happened so not going to reduce satisfaction level.

The speed of delivery
The speed of delivery was quick and efficient. No problem with my order at all. I got a little confused and went to Doves Farm I think they should put a little note on that website to tell you to go to Doves Farm Freee if you need Gluten Free. Now I have new bread maker I a back to making my own.

Most of my order was fabulous for the gluten free pasta and breakfast cereal with no nasty additives. The Chocolate Chip Cookies are way over baked and so hard I couldn't bite into them and a struggle to break one in half with my hands.
