I had a problem with my account that…
I had a problem with my account that could not be resolved. Freetrade helped me to identify the problem and to find a temporary solution. Hopefully it will be fixed in the future as this removed functionality. Fortunately I am not using this.

Excellent value for money with a good app
Have transferred an ISA and a SIPP to Freetrade, and the process was straightforward, with regular updates along the way. The app is pretty good, and the web interface too. So refreshing not to pay a monthly fee and a per trade fee!

No frills but very functional.
No frills platform but functional. Easy to use. Great display of current portfolio value. Trading is effortless. One major weekness; buying shares by numbers is very difficult, if not impossible. One has to place a limit order, that can only be placed for 90 days. So it means cancelling it manually at the end of the day if one wants to end it at the day's end.

This is perfect
Honestly this was the first one I found back when I first started trading. I have used a few other apps but I found this one to be the clearest and easiest to use. I loved the offer of getting a free share for everyone you invited and the other bonuses they did/do. I've been trading for about 6 years now and love it

Nice easy to use app

Not easy to use opened a sipp account…
Not easy to use opened a sipp account when uploaded money it put it into a GIA account and you cant get it out. You only have an AI to deal with which keeps repeating the same information.
The response didn't address the problem. I managed to find how to get the funds back still waiting. I managed to get money in the SIPP and made three investments, they all showed as queued. After a few days I noticed I had cash available. Then one trade worked and I had investments showing and one still showed as queued. The other had disappeared, eventually I found that it had been rejected no message or reason. After 5 days the other is still stuck in the queue. I don't see this as a system I would use as a serious investment platform.

If you’re not seeing a withdraw button, it sounds like the funds may have been deposited into your SIPP. Unlike a GIA or ISA, withdrawals from a SIPP aren’t available as a simple in-app option. To access your funds, you would need to contact our team and go through a formal process, such as a UFPLS withdrawal or transferring your pension to another provider.
