I am very sorry to hear that the frequency of our notifications has become a source of frustration. We certainly do not intend for our communications to feel intrusive.
To stop the mobile alerts, you can manage these directly through your device's notification settings by toggling off permissions for the Freetrade app.
Regarding emails, if you wish to be unsubscribed from our mailing lists, please contact our support team via the in-app chat or by emailing reviews@freetrade.io. We can then process your request manually. Please note that we are legally required to continue sending certain essential communications, such as dividend confirmations and regulatory tax documents.

Very basic outdated
Very basic outdated ! I completely missed the window using my ISA account this tax year because of something so elementary: I couldn’t transfer the money from my GIA account to ISA on Thursday 2nd the last day , something that should have been obvious . Plus , you can’t talk to anyone and their digital agent gives wrong info .. guiding you to “move money” .. that button is not visible in fact nowhere to be found.. I’ve made a request to close the account . You shouldn’t be on the market .

I’m sorry for the frustration, especially on the final day of the tax year. I hear you on the app layout, the feature to move cash between your GIA and ISA is actually a web-only feature right now, which is why that "move money" button wasn't showing up in the app.
The good news is you can still do this instantly on our web platform today. Just log in at web.freetrade.io and you'll see a "Move cash" button on the right-hand side of your Portfolio page. This lets you shift the funds across immediately.
I’m gutted the digital assistant gave you the run-around and pointed you toward a button that didn't exist in the app.
We’d really like to help you get this sorted before you commit to closing the account, please drop us a line at :reviews@freetrade.io - so one of the team can jump on this for you personally.

Freetrade Intuitive Investment Platform
Everything on Freetrade is so well laid out. It is easy to determine which ETFs and shares are doing well and which ones to buy and sell. It is fast becoming my favourite trading platform and I have just opened a stocks and shares ISA account to start in 2026/27. Very pleased with the platform.
