This is a really nice easy platform to use to try and understand how share dealings work. Lots of information on Amy potential dealings, easy to buy and sell, I havd brought from as little as £5. Have been using it for a couple of years now

Newbie Investor
As a newbie investor I chose Freetrade due to the lower charges, I have found the app easy to use and have received help when needed. I am keen to diversify my portfolio with some ETFs but find that the options are limited unless I upgrade to the paid version. This I find very frustrating

Buys take over a day to execute
Transfer was fairly smooth, however when you purchase funds it takes over a day to execute. So you have no idea what price your buying! Weigh up whether the cash bonus is worth this market delay.

Regarding fund purchases, this is typical for funds due to their nature. The price is typically set once per trading day, often at the end of the trading day (known as the Net Asset Value or NAV). That said, we appreciate that it could be clearer!

So far so good
So far so good. Transferring in SIPP takes some time but that's the process. Wife transferred hers in with no issues. Bought a little to see how the platform works. It's straight forward easy to navigate. I would like to see partial shares for UK makes life easier but not many offer it yet. Customer service are responsive. Very happy with them overall.

Been using freetrade for years, really simple to use and incredibly happy with the performance.
The UI doesn't feel bloated like some of the other investing platforms.

Brilliant app and low cost investments
Brilliant app and low cost investments, if one knows what to invest in. I moved from a nother broker, to save fees, which were mounting as the portfolio grew. The online version looks better than the app though.
One drawback: no optin to link spouse / childrens ISA accounts.
