Great selection of ETFs and stocks. Reliable company, no issues at all. I gave only 3 stars because it is a mediocre option. I use it for UK only, US and EU markets have high FX fees.

Decent set of options and markets some instability
Decent set of options and markets. Fair fee structure. However functionality wise the app is lagging behind the website. Some feature are either not implemented yet or not working very well which is not great when making high impact consequential buy, sell and confirming orders/trades are correct.
For example setting up repeat orders and such and adding to watchlist (basic functions) routinely break in the UI and either don't update the UI to represent the state or don't actually make the API call to run the change you just did.
This inconsistency is holding back adoption (I already is etoro and frankly it's simply more mature).
If it could be as reliable and consistent as etoro, I might stat using for things like SIPPs, but I am not moving that much money over till the app is proven solid.

I accidentally made a payment into …
I accidentally made a payment into sipp instead of ISA. Freetrade have been very slow in responding as the management of the sipp is done by a 3rd party. What seemed something simple to correct (HMRC permit reversal if a genuine mistake) has now progressed to a formal complaint taking weeks for any response or resolution

SIPPs are administered by a third party, so requests to reverse contributions can take longer to process than transactions handled directly by Freetrade. We know this isn’t ideal, and your case is being reviewed by the relevant team who will be in touch as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
User friendly interface - Freetrade
Really like Freetrade, very user friendly and easy to navigate/understand. Useful and tasteful emails when you subscribe, helpful and informative without being salesy or over emailing.
Also they've added more and more with junior ISAs and free SIPPs - I have no complaints!

I've been using Freetrade for 5 years…
I've been using Freetrade for 5 years now and I'm really happy with the platform. It's very easy to use. I also like that you can place limit orders and use stop-loss orders to manage risk, which gives you more control when buying or selling. The fees are very reasonable compared to many other platforms, which is a big plus.

Communication via the app/email is…
Communication via the app/email is frustrating. As i was transferring 3 ISAs held with different platforms, the customer team's use of boilerplate replies that contain no details about which platform/isa the message pertains to is incredibly and unnecessarily unhelpful. Come on guys, up your game a bit.

Is freetrade short change in dividend payout
I have 60 shares of ISF paying dividend of 6.83p per share given £4.098. I also have 4 shares of MIDD paying 9.48p given 37.9p. I only get credited £4.09 and 37p,
With ininvested money above £1000 not getting any interest in my SIPP, I can’t wait to transfer to Trading 212 which pays 3.8% interest.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand it can be frustrating when dividends or cash balances don’t match expectations exactly - credited amounts may sometimes be rounded or subject to minor processing differences.
Regarding uninvested cash in SIPPs, interest rates may currently be lower than some other platforms. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our product team as we continue to review ways to improve the experience for our SIPP customers.

A great broker if you need a SIPP and ISA at the same time.
For ISA only - there is a better option for the FX fees, but the other fees are well structured.
I also got quite a chunk of money in a promo cash for transferring my and my wife's SIPP during a specific time window. Which makes me hard to complain, as it will cover fees for years, but also raises some questions about how sustainable those are.
