Far too slow from start to finish with no follow up attempt
The time was too long to get any form of an offer and then the offer was reduced with no option to negotiate….it was a bad experience overall and I feel that it is set up to reduce the offer. the condition estimates are very big in terms of quality gaps meaning you loose large percentages for even minor differences in option. Following this review posting I have had no reach out from trust pilot or this company to resolve my bad experience dispute what is claimed by the company below. I can not say that this wasn’t exactly what expected and a real shame as all of this could have been avoided and even at this late stage remedied.

Was a little worried about sending my…
Was a little worried about sending my phone off but DPD picked it up took a photo and put it in a box and then in a bubble bag. Thought they would knock the price down and they did but still got more than all the other companies offered so happy. Picked it up on the 23th August and got payment on the 4th September but was a bank holiday in between.

Good communication but slow trade in.
Their communication was great in terms of letting me know when they received my handset and letting me know what they were doing at each stage.
Only criticism I have is that the trade in took a lot longer than they had said it would take before I sent it in. So I was waiting for the trade for about a week when I assumed it would take 24-48 hours.

Fast and efficient price was lowered however i expected this and honestly expected it to be lowered more than it was (only £20) money was paid into bank quicker than expected also. very pleased with the service and price will use again in future.

Phone was in perfect condition as…
Phone was in perfect condition as always wore case & screen protection- they had received phone and still 5 days later no update so I contacted them myself too then be told the phone has scratches and dents, I took pictures and videos before sending it to prove there was nothing on the phone. Still didn’t offer what original price was so ast them to return my phone to me, it has now been a week since they told me they returned it and I would receive in 1-2 business days and I still have no phone ?? Honestly don’t waste your time on this company I will be taking this further.

Took 2 weeks, 2 emails, and a negative review on here to get payment.
Tried to sell my phone to this company. Posted it off using their prepaid barcode, got confirmation from Royal Mail that my IPhone XR was delivered over a week ago on 21st August. I have sent 2 emails (on 23rd and 25th August) asking why I’ve not yet received payment. Neither have been responded to.
Update: Received a phone call the morning after this review to say my phone was placed in a mystery box, because it didn’t have the order number on. The shipping label they provide has the order number printed on, so not sure I believe that.
Was told they would pay for my phone if I would agree to take this review down. How good of them, eh!

I can see your device has now been paid in full as an apology for the inconvenience caused. 5/5 service, highly recommend
I’ve recycled my mobiles every time I’ve upgraded for over 10yrs now, I’ve used numerous companies each time but this is by far the best company I've ever used! Was drawn in by the best offer on the market but also I love that they offered the service of coming to pick the phone up at your address and package it for you on your doorstep (through DPD). Received a very fair price to what I was expecting (I always expect a lower offer than one quoted online as I know they’re experts at finding fault) but the revised evaluation was very fair and I couldn’t refuse! Customer service was impeccable, emails answered within the hour and I received phone calls when there was a bank issue, everyone I spoke to was friendly with a quick resolution to the issue. Payment after i accepted the offer took 2 days. Would highly recommend using this company!
