Fantastic quality, slightly confusing shipping
The products were fantastic quality.
There was a slight confusion with the status notification of the products : one of products I ordered arrived within the stated time period and I could track it all the way through the shipping process but the other product came later and I could not get information on its status throughout.
That being said, both products arrived in the end and I am very happy with them.

Hi Chang, I can see that you ordered our Cashmere Pashminas. Please note these aren’t silk. They are cashmere. The fabric is therefore indeed thicker than silk. The texture is smooth and very soft as opposed to silky. I think you may have misread the listing perhaps?

I like the product but I think they messed up the order, they sent me 2 of the same color instead of sending me 2 different colors , which it was surprising to me , because this is not the first time I ordered from you 🙁
