Lost, then replaced
My original order package had gotten torn during shipping and 2 of the 3 cat butt cookie cutters were lost. After a little hoop jumping--the person who took my call wanted pictures of the packaging and label--but they eventually agreed to replace the lost cutters.

Your order was an international order. We did advise you of the likely shipping duration both at checkout and again within our order confirmation emails to you, to be sure you were aware.
I can see that, despite the order being placed during the busiest time of year for the international shipping companies (the run up to Christmas), your order actually arrived 3 days earlier than stated in our shipping policy.
I suspect from your review that you maybe missed the information provided?

Dropshipper, very slow
Extremely slow service as company is just sales front for AliExpress products. Rude and condescending communications.
Edit: suggest you Google 'dropshipping' as you seem unaware that you fulfill the criteria. Not a fan of the feigned innocence in these responses.

Hi Tori, we can assure you that we are not dropshipping. We specialise in bespoke personalised gifts, which are printed to order and largely exclusive to us.
We cannot trace having received an order from you, and we also cannot trace ever having had any communications with you, so wonder whether you may have confused us with another company? We have asked you to provide more information, but you have not chosen to do so.
Certainly we would never set out to be rude and have always been complimented on our diligent customer service. We can therefore only assume that you have indeed confused us with another company.
