Absolutely a Joke

First order, the giddy goat toat and the furmoo duffle bag: wait time was longer than "21" working days. They preach about quality of work however my totes lining had ripped withn the first week paid $255 on sale, thank god i didnt pay full price.

Seems like they just send the 2nds with sales. The duffle bags stitching was so poor I couldn't use the shoe compartment as it was stitched together. This was replaced however I didn't bother to contact them for a refund on the goat tote due to getting called by Shelley herself who tried to give me a round of f***s after I had sent an enquiry regarding an address change since the postage took so long. Her manner is aggressive rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Her behaviour and attitude towards her customers who pay high end money for mediocre quality is appalling. She makes nice stuff but she cannot run a business at all. Her focus is on herself not her customers. Also you can't even leave an honest review as she has them screened and deleted. You do not get sent proper updated tracking info either as all my orders still say pending.

Second order: 2x sheep skin tartan slippers and a Diaz satchel: 1 pair of slippers and the bag were a gift to take to Australia to my terminally ill cousin who's kiwi. I thought she would like a gift from a kiwi company and the nostalgia from the tartan slippers. Had to follow up about postage times. I ordered them and waited 34 working days for delivery. I couldn't wait any longer for the handbag for her as I had left the country. That was delivered when I wasn't home and that took 38 working days. I don't even want the bag myself and i sure as s**t are not paying the postage to send it to Australia after I return home in a month. Absolutely ridiculous the so called 21 delivery time frame.

I absolutely refuse to spend anymore money at Furmoo. You can buy better quality bags from Wrangler. Shelley is the worst business woman I have ever come across. Stop having so many sales if you cannot keep up with demand. How about you actually make sure you have stock in your inventory so it can be shipped ASAP. Do not bother wasting time and money with Furmoo when you can find the same if not better elsewhere. Wasted my money and time.

Hi Laura, I’m really sorry to read this — it’s clearly been a frustrating experience from start to finish, and I completely understand why you feel the way you do.
The delays you’ve described are not good enough, especially when you were working to a timeframe with a gift. We do communicate a general production window, but it’s clear we missed the mark here and didn’t keep you properly updated along the way, which only adds to the frustration.
I’m also genuinely disappointed to hear about the issues with both bags. That’s not the standard we aim for, and I’m really sorry you were left feeling like the quality didn’t match what you paid for.
I also want to acknowledge what you said about your interaction with us — that’s really concerning to read, and not how we want anyone to feel after dealing with our team.
You absolutely should have been able to reach out and have these issues sorted properly, and it’s a shame we didn’t get the chance to make it right for you at the time.

Very disappointed- website stated 7-21…

Very disappointed- website stated 7-21 working days for delivery. 21 days later, ZERO communication other than stating “21 working days for delivery.”
Also, the Facebook page deletes negative/critical comments regarding delivery delays, and does not respond to questions, other than to say “Thank you for being patient with us.”
Zero guarantee it will be here for Xmas- seeing that I have seen from Facebook that others from 11 October and the 23 October are still waiting.
Furmoo- much, much better communication is needed, and if you do not have the capacity to fulfil orders on time- don’t take them. These delays are unacceptable, especially seeing that in a trustpilot response dated 27 Nov, you stated that delivery times were back to normal!
I have been able to get a refund, which is very good.

5 weeks after ordering x 3 pairs of…

5 weeks after ordering x 3 pairs of slippers I emailed to ask about my order. Generic answer, 21 days to make etc etc. Spent over $400, was told in order would receive a free gift - x 3 Chupa Chups.....
One pair was so very different to the pictured example, even colour was different. Sent another email and basically told I could return for a refund. Suppose I would have to pay postage. These scuffs were for my daughter and she refuses to wear them as she dislikes them so much. Very disappointing responses and general customer care. I went to leave a review on their website but the reviews have been removed.
This company really needs to look at their customer care and be honest about delivery times - why does it take a minimum of 21 to make a pair of slippers?
Very unhappy and will never purchase from them again.

I haven't over stuff the card areas at all "just wear" but gosh thought I'd have this wallet for years everything else on the wallet is still perfect apart from those card holders with is dangerous for loosing cards so purse is now not useable waste of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP unless you like extended shipping times, pre-order delays, no communication. When you do ask whats going on. The response you get is indignant and almost - but not quite rude.

The response you get will say "its on our website". Yes, yes it is on the odd product or buried so deep you dont see it unless you are specifically looking.

If you want to cancel the dodgy sale, they then penalise you for doing it.

So here is my take on it. They are dropshipping retailers. They take orders at a bloated price, make orders to India or China and then the orders are made and shipped.

Lots of lies about being made locally from imported materials, shipping lies etc etc.

Dont be an idiot like me.

Customer service does not match marketing hype

Ordered A pair of slippers, did not understand it was 21days to manufacture. As I was going overseas I asked if they could be made earlier As I would not be able to take delivery.
I was told "no" and was thanked for my patience.Seems a standard generated response Upon canelling the order I was charged a 6% admin fee.
Never happened with any Co. before.
