I’m a repeat offender, and have purchased Furmoo on multiple occasions. Top notch quality and beautiful designs. The only thing to note is that most products take 21 working days to make, so you have to patiently wait for your goodies. I have 2 handbags, one travel bag, 2 heart shaped coin purses and am eagerly awaiting my table runner

I have alot of Furmoo products and have had the most amazing customer service both in general or sorting something out for me. The products are made well very well and I have more than a herd, and I don't regret buying any of them or the great customer service from Shelley, Bree or the staff it's great.

Wonderful NZ company, quality is exceptional and customer service fantastic. Honest people, each item is individual and stunning.
On my last trip through customs the officer fell in love and wanted to keep my handbag, and restaurant staff in Brisbane have named one for me - because buying Furmoo means being part of the family.

Where do I start, I have more bags than I know what to do with because they're Awesome! Yes there's usually a wait time and its absolutely well worth it for NZ hand made quality products lovingly produced. The slippers are out of this world cute and original to Furmoo as well so there's no confusion to where they came from. As for the rug that takes centre stage in our livibg room, Wow!

The products are amazing and I always get random comments from strangers that turn into conversations, its like a little family that appreciate and know a great thing when they see it. Keep making amazing Furmoo team!

Great, local NZ company. They had a quick response to my query, along with being informative and helpful. Furmoo had a fast turnaround from ordering (which was a smooth process), to delivery. Other NZ firms could take page out of this book. To wrap up the whole experience, Furmoo were politely interested with the images I sent showing what I did with the calf skins. Total package with customer service from beginning to the end.
