After I placed my first order for $318 USD, I get an email offering me a discount on my first order. I emailed and ask for it to be applied but was told it cannot be applied retroactively and that it could not be applied to sale merch. I might have purchased differently had I know about a discount that I clearly wasn't mean to receive since it arrived after my first order.

Their website knew I was logging in from USA; however, the order confirmation email with NZ dollars and not USD dollars (almost double!) and did not indicate NZ dollars.  So I had to send another email as I was concerned that I checked out at one price but the confirmation was another price.

So I am feeling uneasy about continuing and ask to cancel, and am told that an order that is barely 2 hours old will incur a 6% charge to cancel.  Their rep copied all their various 'we're covered' verbiage into an email and sent it to me. I went ahead and cancelled and came here to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of customer consideration.

I bought a pair of furmoo slippers about 3.5 years ago and it was instant love. Funky woolie blanket green colour outer and oh so snuggly lovely. Super comfy warm and toasty feet.
I’m writing my review now and have only given 3 stars because the cloth covering fell apart and my beautiful slippers became ragged and ugly. I’ve spent the better part of tonight trimming all the cloth off. I think the actual slippers will last me for life but the cloth that made them awesome, the point of difference of the brand: the outer retro blanket covering - sadly is rubbish. I think it’s acceptable that I would expect the outer to last as long as the slippers. Isn’t that the point of having a pair of furmoo?!
I wish I could add photos so you could see how they fell apart.

I've had very good customer service from Furmoo. They are easy and fair to deal with regarding returns.

Hide handbag absolutely smells disgusting. It has like a dead animal odour. Cannot use it, waste of money. Had to get it out of my house because of the stench.

Sizes are larger than stated. I purchased M for a size women's 7 and they were more like an 8.5. As I had purchased and held them for a gift outside the 15 days exchange period they would not be flexible with that. They were also quite loose fitting in the back and tighter in the front. Would not purchase again.

I am a repeat buyer and have purchased multiple bags and slippers from Furmoo and have plans to buy more. The products are just gorgeous. While on one occasion delivery was a bit slow, it is to be expected with the nature of the products and communications with the company were great with quick responses.

I have SO MANY Furmoo bags and 3 pairs of slippers! Their customer service is above and beyond! Fast shipping, amazing quality!

Staff are friendly helpful and just straight to the point. Every time I have emailed regarding an order they have communicated back within a couple hours with the most lovely helpful way.
The products are just fantastic I have probably too many Furmoo items now however every purchase I receive has blown my expectation 100% the quality of leather and cow hide is amazing and last for years, especially there slippers three and half years going on and I am still in love with my slippers.
So would I recommend Furmoo….. ALWAYS A MASSIVE YES

Fast service, products as described and quality is amazing

I found delivery slow and a lack of communication from furmoo:( but I finally did get my three mystery bags’ on the sight it show’s mystery boxes which had several items in,that was a bit misleading as actual fact the items come in packets, bit confusing for first time buyers.
I loved the 149$ mystery pack that was well worth the money also the 99$ mystery bag was nice
I also ordered the 49$ bag and was disappointed in a small coin purse and glasses case, I won’t buy the 49$ bag again but the other two options I would.
Looks like good quality and made in NZ is awesome, will support Nz small business
