I can't fault Furmoo for product or service as both were impeccable. System worked as you'd expect: Clicked on site, chose product and postage, paid, waited a few days and my new favourite bag arrived....and I love it!

I love my furmoo bags, I have 2 that I use for different purposes (a small one for going out and a larger one for work) and a matching wallet. They are all over a year old now and still look as good as new with no shedding or broken bits.
Their customer service is also great- I ordered one for my mum for mothers day and asked for a note to be included that it was from me, this was done with no problems at all - mum loves her bag.
Yes they do take awhile to arrive-howver this is clearly stated when ordering and my goodies have always arrived well within the time frame they give so no problem from me.
Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
