Great product - great quality, great service

I've had nothing but good experiences with this business. They are a small manufacturer so products can take some time to ship on occasion (as they have to be sewn) but their communication is always very responsive and they go out of their way to fix problems etc.

Fantastic products, I absolutely love my bag (another fabulous addition to my collection)

Furmoo are amazing! For a "small" New Zealand business, their quality, pricing, and customer service are amazing. As far as I can tell, anyone giving them a negative review on her either didn't read the description on the item they purchased, or didn't have the common sense to reach out to Shelley or the team to sort out an issue.

Absolutely my most favorite Nz shop. I own a collection of bags and slippers, just got some fluffy moodles and I'm in love. Got my slippers exactly 22 days layer communication with staff is fast and excellent

Love all my herd! The only problem is limiting yourself to buy only a few bags and moodles.
Delivery can be slow but they're made to order....well worth the wait!
I get comments on my bags all the time and love them all so much. They're all so different but quality is exceptional, despite being very well used they're holding up without any fault.

A belated review...purchased my slippers several years ago. Would love another pair but hard to justify - inner is just starting to wear thru but outer is still perfect. Great product. Like all their products (I have a range of bags!) Timing of delivery is always consistent with what is stated - could be overnight, could be a few weeks depending if in stock, pre order, or in a massive sale. Love the products, love the story behind Furmoo, and great customer service.

I have purchased a roadie day bag and also a cute flap cut purse. Love them both, the floral lining is a nice touch. Are holding up well to lots of use. I really want a wallet so that’s next on my list. Will obviously buy from here again, SUPPORT LOCAL NZ

I have ordered many items and to date have had no issues (fingers crossed it stays this way).
I have found Furmoo’s response to queries have been received within 24 hours, most being within a couple of hours.

Bought a mystery bag and did not disappoint! Ended up with a couple beautiful handbags, unfortunately only got one strap. However I reached out to Furmoo and got a quick response and another strap sent out at no additional cost- received it a couple days later. Such quick communication and helpful service! Keep up the amazing work!
