Great products

I purchased two items from this company - a small storage unit which was perfect for my understairs space and a book display unit for my children’s bedroom. Both products were exceptionally well made. The service was great with direct personal communication regarding delivery. I was very impressed.

Product is great quality

Product is great quality. Retro Locker

Not reliable

Not reliable. I have ordered from Furniture at Work quite a few times, and there always seems to be an issue, usually with promised delivery dates not being met. Their customer service is also very poor, with replies often taking two days or sometimes not coming at all. The sales team are overly persistent and will continue calling until you place an order, but this is not matched by the same level of service once the order is placed.

Communication was great from start to finish, including tracking where the delivery was on the day they chairs arrived. Chairs arrived made up and exactly as expected.

They seem to have a blanket statement…

They seem to have a blanket statement of 7- 10 days delivery on everything on their website.
I ordered a table, chairs and a desk; the chairs and desk and a set of table connectors all came on separate deliveries on separate days.
The desk hasn't arrived yet after 4 weeks despite apparently being available on next day delivery and I've been sent an invoice for it already.
Customer Service takes at least two days to reply to your emails.
So overall can't really recommend...
