I love love love this litter box. I’m disabled and have my elderly mother living with me. Automatic litter boxes were designed originally to serve the needs of these two demographics. Long way, of course they became a luxury product aimed towards the very different target market. My eyes lit up when I opened the box to see I did not have to assemble really anything at all. With my back issues and systemic lupus another things that come with the chronic illness pipeline, many take for granted these little things but I definitely do not. Right now I’m upset because it was supposed to come with a mat that said same shit different day. As someone who is lived with chronic illness my entire life I fall in love with this because having a sense of humor is just essential. It never came with the first one. Amazon sent a replacement straight away acknowledging it should’ve been there so I wasn’t crazy. And then next one I had to be extra careful and not break the box so it was really taxing on my back to get the preassembled thing out of there. Only need to find that the very obvious cardboard slot for the mat was empty again! And then I had to put it back in the box without breaking it and while doing that I found an apricot pit. Honestly, I don’t care that people are eating while packing these products. People should have fresh fruit whenever they want. in fact, it’s a charming thing to know unlike the states it’s a work environment, where such an activity is possible, but I really got annoyed that the mat still wasn’t included. I think Amazon got a batch of litter boxes without the mat. I didn’t buy one because I was expecting this one. And I just really was looking forward to that mat. It’s been working amazingly, but there’s no one I can contact and that is my biggest issue. Amazon is running their customer service, but they really actually can’t provide them because now I have to pay seven dollars to have UPS pick this one up because I not enable body person that could bring that big thing to the drop off. And that’s for their mistake and there’s no one to communicate with. And Amazon can’t just send me a mat because they’re really aren’t providing customer service. They’re just doing distribution. I know there’s a language barrier with the company, but this product is one of the few and at this price point, that is perfect, absolutely perfect for disabled and elderly shoppers and I want to share it with all of my connected organizations. the AARP should have that litter box highlighted in their magazine because I paid $266 via Amazon for a really great quality litter box that came fully preassembled. Except for the filter. I mean, that was more of a cultural situation because what was preinstalled had to be changed out because in the states we don’t use tofu litter, which was a bummer because then I did have to put pressure on my back contouring myself to change out the preinstalled Japanese markets filter. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to either just put in a bag of tofu litter maybe convert us all or just swap the installed filter screen for shipments to the US. But apparently they can’t even put their English language mat inside! I’m a little bitter right now. I’m fishing for them to contact me. Please do because this product deserve so much more attention.

I ordered the Colossal Curvy Clawer in March of 2025. Unfortunately, I did not try to assemble it until I relocated to Portugal in June. When I tried to put it together, I discovered that the hardware supplied did not contain the screw for the base. I contacted the company and asked them to send me a replacement screw to my new address overseas. They told me that they only shipped within the US, despite the fact that the screw was supposedly being sent from China. I was not able to find the proper size screw anywhere in Portugal. So, I had to arrange for the replacement to be sent to my sister in the US, who would then have had to send it to me in Portugal. Over two months later, my sister had still not received the screw, and I had in the meanwhile had to purchase a scratcher from another seller since my cats are accustomed to having one. Customer Service was extremely rude to me when I contacted them. Since the scratcher was useless with a stable base, I filed a dispute with my financial company and received a refund. However, this whole experience has left me feeling very negatively towards this seller. This was their fault, and they ended up being very rude and not helpful at all.

I ordered two glass elevated bowls. They are pretty, but not very functional. The glass is sharp and awkward to hold when you need to add food to it. We looked into returning the second bowl we purchased, which we didn't even open. The cost of shipping is just pure price gouging; any other return is around $15 max - but for fancy furry tail it's $79 and no explanation as to why. Beware.. We also got their scratcher and realized we had no ability to return it.. it also looks cool but is useless, stiff, and not a texture cats would even think they could claw. It's like a hard, stiff, plastic material and not anything with flexibility or "give."

Best purchase ever.. ended up getting a second one. Not super expensive, tbh i have zero complaints

Long waiting for response. Took too long to arrive. The product has good quality but unfortunately my cats shown no interested at all in the product.

I regret purchasing the FurryTail water fountain. It requires proprietary filters that only work with this specific model, which is already frustrating. On top of that, the filters attach to two tiny plastic pieces that aren’t clearly marked as separate from the filter itself. When I changed the filter, I accidentally threw those parts away, thinking they were part of the used filter.

I reached out to the company three months ago to request replacements. After several emails and sending them photos to confirm the correct parts, they said they'd ship them to me—but nothing ever arrived. Now I’m stuck with a completely unusable fountain and zero support from the company.

Don’t waste your money. Poor design, poor instructions, and even worse customer service. I wouldn't recommend this fountain—or this brand—to anyone.

Love their design and brand philosophy. The scratchers are so lovely to look at. Sometimes I think I get more out of them than my kitty :)

Colossal Curvy Clawer is completely impractical. It is unstable, and the material meant for scratching is useless-none of my three cats will use it. The top platform is made of a sleek, wood-like material with no grip, making it difficult for cats to jump onto safely. It seems like this tower was designed for appearance rather than functionality. A more stable base, actual scratch-friendly materials, and a non-slip surface on top would make it much more usable. As it stands, it's just decorative and not cat-friendly at all.

I'll preface this by saying I finally received the product but it took about 2 weeks longer than it was supposed to and I still never received my order number or tracking number. After finally succumbing to Instagram marketing, I decided to purchase the wavy cat scratcher. It's fine, feels flimsy. After purchasing, I never received an email confirming my order. I was unable to search for my order information by plugging in my email on their website. I reached out to customer service and it took about 3 days for them to actually get back to me, And they still didn't provide the information but rather asked me to rest assured because "the product you purchased has been dispatched, and the tracking information will be updated gradually" (What Is that response?) and STILL never provided an order or tracking number.

Don't be fooled by the recent wave of positive reviews, I can almost guarantee that those are fake given the days between and consistent five-star rating.

The customer service I received from this company is negative star. Sparing details, I placed an order then cancelled directly after. I then placed another order. I went back and forth with the customer service department for weeks. They assured me that my first order has been cancelled, but it still has not. They also made a mistake with my second order and the entire matter remains unresolved as FurryTail has decided to stop responding to my support requests. Also, they don't have a phone number. After weeks of nonsense and them ghosting I will never do business with this company again. Not to mention, my cat isn't interested in the colossal cat scratcher. My purchase ended up a colossal mistake.

I bought two FurryTail automatic cat litter boxes. I really like the look of them. I had put them in my new home although I hadn’t moved in and thought I would order a third as you’re meant to have an extra litter box on hand. Everything was fine until I moved in, and the cats started using the boxes. The bags that they have for the elimination do not hide the odor and instead of changing the bags every two or three days I have to change the bags every day. I really would not recommend this because the smell of odor is really bad. I have used several other brands in the past and the only reason I chose this brand was because I wanted more low profile boxes because it’s easier and less cumbersome. I’ve never experienced this odor until I bought these boxes so I would not recommend them to anybody. I purchased 2 Meowant Automatic litter boxes, and they are far superior their elimination bags are much stronger they also allow you to purchase an odor gel that you can put in to that compartment and there is absolutely zero odor. It’s wonderful. My review is 100% honest and I hope it can help you.

The felt material of this cat bed feels nice - very comfy and easily replaceable, making it simple to clean. My cat loves napping in it!

I like this scratching post! The base is sturdy, it looks beautiful, and my kitten enjoys using it. I did notice some color differences when it arrived, but customer service offered a partial refund. Even with that small flaw, the overall experience was great.

I have used this automatic litter box for about 2 weeks, and it looks great! It matches my home decor perfectly. Just plug it in, and it's good to go - super convenient.

Bought the automatic litter box and the scratching post - both are my cat's favorite now. The litter box is definitely worth the money. Wait time of the scratching post is a bit long though but their customer service did an amazing job addressing my concerns.

I love my cat litter box, super quiet and smooth. I have 2 cats and it is very spacious fits my cats soooo well. Love it!

We have three cats, this automatic litter box has been a lifesaver! I only need to change the bags every 3 to 5 days, which is such a relief. I might even consider getting a fourth cat now.

This cat tree is beautiful - the best one I've ever seen. It fits perfectly in the corner of my living room. It took over a month to arrive, which was frustrating, but their customer service was great about explaining everything and I'm happy with my purchase overall.
