Ahmad did a very neat and tidy job. He cleaned up very well when he finished the installation. Good communication and prompt.

Appalling service. I took a full day of annual leave specifically for this appointment. After hearing nothing, I contacted an advisor myself at 10am to check whether the engineer was still coming, only to be told there had been a family emergency and my appointment had been cancelled and rebooked for another day.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, but I should have been contacted as soon as it became clear that the engineer would not be attending. Instead, I had to chase for an update myself after already taking the day off work.

The replacement date is not suitable, and I am unable to take another day off for the next two months. I have effectively wasted an entire day of annual leave through no fault of my own and am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled.

Ahmad did a great job installing my new Ohme EV charger. He was polite, took great care when completing the work and also cleared up so it was spotless afterwards. Im very much looking forward to now using the charger. I would highly recommend Ahmad and the team at Fusion. Thanks again!

The EV charger fitter (Ahmad) turned up in time, asked me about location of the car to be charged and we agreed where to fit the Ohme Home Pro unit and where to place plug holder. He got on with his work and gave warning when the electricity would need to be turned off and for how long. Powered with a cup of tea and a glass of water, all was done and explained to me within 3 hours.

Arrived on time and carried out the work to perfection and did a very neat job, left the area clean and tidy, thanks very much.

Ahmad from Fusion visited me, ive had a nightmare with Ohme to deal with my issue, so they sent an Engineer from Fusion, Ahmad came, no issues whatsoever, no excuses. He just simply asked whats going on and how he can help which i really liked and shows an attitude of a man. Simply said lets get this done and hell sort it out. He did everything perfectly, changed my charger under warranty. Didnt cause any issues, stayed behind to make sure the charger is working properly, called ohme to make sure everything was good from there end. Really appreciated that. Ahmad from Fusion installed my charging point, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He arrived on time, completed the job on time, and did a really neat job. He also took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent service from start to finish a real credit to Fusion. Rip off merchants. Charged me £100 for a 15 minute site survey and then told me it would cost me an additional £360 and additional 4 hours work to fit the charger. The charger I purchased includes standard installation.

The proposed route is entirely at ground-floor level, appears to be comfortably within the included 15 metres, requires no trenching, loft access or floor lifting, and terminates on the external house wall. The standard package includes the cabling, wall drilling, electrical protection and up to 3 metres of internal conduit.

So this rip off additional cost makes no sense.

Callum and his colleague were polite, efficient and ready to answer any questions, their work was neat and they covered all the details, checking earth bonding etc, I’m almost 68 years old, but I can remember leaving school at 16 and starting my working life as an apprentice electrician and it’s good to see being a sparky is in good hands!

What a joke just interested in ripping people off. They have been sub contracted by pod point to install charge. Trying to charge extra for a survey despite remote survey being completed at a coat of £108per hour. When challanged and said any question could be asked for if they needed more information we would happy to provide. But kept ignoring us did not respond or clarify why they were asking for the survey.
During this process we had an independant electrician look at the install for free (knowing they wouldnt get the job), who said it was a simple, straight forward install, when informed of this fusion still ignores us. Shocking customer will be reporting both pod point and fusion to trading standard.

We had an EV charger fitted a couple of days ago which was organised by my employer. Fusion made contact to confirm a date, with the installer calling as promised on the day to confirm arrival time.

When he arrived, we discussed the location of the charger, and what he would do to hide cables. When he'd finished the place was spotless, and all in all a very professional job.

We had an Ohme vehicle charger fitted by Fusion, I’d just like to say we’re very happy with the whole install process from communication with the booking team Grace I believe but mostly with the electrician assigned to the job, James has been a superstar from start to end , spotted an existing fault raised it with northern power, kept involved throughout the process and came back after works had been carried out, first class service , knowledgable, polite and very clean work. Great Job , would definitely recommend and use again.

Had an OHME ev charger installed by Lile (sorry about the spelling). He has done a fantastic job, much better than I was expecting due to the meter cupboard being on the wrong side of the front door. A really nice, friendly and polite man, a credit to Fusion Electric, thank you !

Fusion electric was excellent Dean did an excellent job he even got a few cuts as he saved my rose bush would would certainly need to be cut as in the path of the installation area. Internal and external job was very professionally done with clean and neat installation. Highly recommend Dean and Fusion for an excellent job
