Everything seems work fine to me, my ARK server run smoothly, latency is acceptable. The downside is customers support is slow and unreliable, most of my ticket need to be sent a second time to receive a response. FTP server take quite a long time to setup and disconnect regularly.

I had a great experience with Gamever. The support team responded quickly to my request, and my refund was processed without any issues. I really appreciate their help and professionalism.

I rented a 3gb ram server and it finished quickly so i decided to upgrade to 6gb and guess what, when first joined the server without any mods the gb went from 0 to 5.83/6gb ram very bad server scam

Server performance is super smooth and good. Have alot of region and the server is very easy to customize. And the price is very good for server like this.

Me and my friend tried to start a rust server. He first started by creating an account with the 1 day free trail. We waited an hour for the server to start but it never started. The server crashed during the startup and we triied 5 times. Then i tried to creat an account with 2 different emails but it would not send a confermation email to create my account to nether of my accounts.
Would NOT recommend this host!!!!!!!!

Firstly i want to say that this server hosting is NOT worth your money or your time. I rented this server with 5 friends to play ARK: Survival Evolved. The first red flag was that the so called "Support Discord Server" was not active at all, I sent a massage asking for help thinking that i would receive an appropriate answer, but holy cow i was wrong, it passed 7 days since i wrote a massage asking for help and i haven't received any help at all, I kept seeing other people also asking for help but unfortunately they also haven't gotten any help. The second red flag was that the server randomly decides to restart without any warnings or anything to tell me that its going to shut down restarting all progress we done in that time. Third thing is the panel is difficult to use even if i knew what i was doing, changing game settings that were not implanted in the "Settings Tab" on the main panel was very difficult. Fourth and the last thing is that they were very impolite, when i sent them a support ticket (which they replied 10 hours later) didn't even bother to say sorry or try to fix things, they just said "The refund was processed" and that was all. Please stay far FAR away from this hosting. Only reason i gave them two stars is the fair price for the first month (8eur for 11GB of ram) and that they were good last year, but they changed staff and completely fell of. Please stay away from this.

Guys believe me u have better options on other hosting sites do not think its cheap its not and there is no customer support just some discord channel :D , do not buy. I bought 3 days ago and able to play on server like 5-10 hrs actively other than that all problems.

purchased a Rust server that dosnt work at all , created a ticket and none of the Admins answers me for 3 days+ . they don't care about the client its just rip off pockets .

helped me instantly without any problems

for my mistake i couldnt turn on server but moderator was very fast and helped me im so happy now i can continue playing with friends

Enshrouded server didnt start, it was stuck at "starting" almost full day.

Control panel is pretty tricky and FTP connection did not work.

For support, i joined the Discord. There was lot of customers with different issues and no response from staff. Staff seems to be owner "Igor" who just promotes new services but does not answer in any channels.

I did also try open ticket in Discord, just to find that they have reached ticket limit... I did go to other provider and lost only 0,99€.

It was better in spring 2024, but seems like most staff members left the company.

Unprofessional service. You get what you pay for... support has to be done on Discord, where they will ask for your server name. I asked for some help to set up admin rights for myself in the game (this will have to be set up on the server), but they didn't know how. One admin reset my settings and added a password that he typed out for everyone to see on Discord. Luckily I got a backup and set the password to what I wanted. So my server has no admins, everybody has to have the same rights including me.
Later I found out my server isn't reachable quite often, and have to restart it manually, which takes about 5-10 minutes.
I also tried to connect with FTP on my last day of rental, but Filezilla tells me the directory is empty (clearly not since I could still play on the server). This is not the first time I couldn't connect with FTP and it seems their servers forget the FTP service at times. They fixed it after about 1 hour, and told me to try now. No mentioning about the new port and stuff, I had to find out myself.
So again, I find gamever.io very unprofessional. Its cheap, but lacks good support and features.

Most unprofessional customer service ever

I have to join a Discord server in order to get customer service if that wasn't bad enough the agent i spoke to called me meaningless and was not open to critique
despite the fact their Minecraft server runs in offline mode BY default!!! This has been known in the Minecraft community forever to be very bad opsec!!!

The hosting is verry good so do the prices legit hosting, nice dev and support one of best hostings, people complain that server doesnt work because you have to setup all the files correctly its not that hard you can also ask for help in thier discord they are verry helpfull.

Overall server price and quality is good. However, support was insanely slow and poor. There is only a single admin online answering tickets in the discord and process takes several days. I rented an ARK server and had to ask for refund due to insufficient ram, which took more than a week to complete the whole process. The site states in the option that it IS recommended, NOT required, and server would not start instead. (We only have 3 players, so we chose a lower option instead to cut cost)

Ive been renting a rust servers for 3 months from Gamever.io
Terrible customer support that took very long time to respond, and they didnt solve the issues i had.
Gamepanel was very bad. Simple buttons in serverpanel to wipe bluprints/map were missing.
We had to manually delete sav files from server.
Schedule autorestarts was impossible in the server panel. Had to restart manually, and the config file reset to default every time i shutted down the server.
Had to upload configfile every restart.
Support didnt show any interest at all to fix these issues. Reccomending other server hosting companies instead. Like Pinehosting.
