Could of got free postage but paid extra for aus post parcel post and never got that service and no postage refund offered

Although it was over the new year break,the order was recived and i got acknowledgement that it would be processed on return to work. It arrived promptly the same week. Well boxed and tracked.

As always the products were fine but the time it took to get them to us was disappointing. Ordered on Friday they were collected by the courier on Tuesday and then not delivered until the following Monday. For a $45 dollar fee one would expect a better service than that!
Another Melbourne company I deal with delivers the next day if ordered by 3.00pm for $12 per unit.
