Although one of my items was out of stock, the first item was sent out to me and Kittie kept in touch re the delivery of the second without charging extra delivery. Very happy with both the Ivyline trellis and the service from Garden Wildlife.

Plants were very good and good value
Plants were very good and good value. Courier however delivered them to the No 19 in the adjacent street and not our No 19. Otherwise would have been 5 stars

Perfecct delivery
The delivery was perfect and Martin the driver, was very helpful and went the extra mile in carrying and assisting me with the bulkier and heavier panels.
The location wasn't easy to find and he was very good at communicating with me and taking the lorry down a narrow lane nearer to my allotment.
Very pleased indeed with the service.

Brilliant customer service
A placed an order for a gift for my husband, it arrived very well packaged but was damaged in transit. Had very prompt communications with the company and a replacement sent out straight away. Great customer service and very good prices

Really well made, sturdy shelter
This was purchased so I could leave out food for some feral cats I feed. Sometimes in the bad weather it was difficult to feed them, they love it, fully getting inside to help themselves. Really well made, lovely little shelter.

This log bag is great quality & holds lots of logs to bring from our outdoor log storage to inside different rooms in our cottage. Good value for money & would recommend. ❤️
