Bought some seed protection umbrellas to sit over some raised metal rings but unfortunately they did not fit. Contacted the company to arrange a return and refund and I was very impressed with the customer service received by Louis who arranged for a collection on a day of my choice and was extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend and I’m only sorry the umbrellas weren’t suitable as they were good quality.

Purchase took too long to come. However, my son is very pleased with it. He has a garden full of bees. Trust it will last well.

The only negative comments I have about my experience purchasing the pergola from Garden Wildlife are to do with the delivery service. The actual product is fantastic and looks perfect in our garden. I love it and would recommend this provider to my friends and family.
The delivery man turned up a day later than originally expected due to a road traffic accident he was involved in. He did phone to let us know and we were given a delivery slot unlike the original booking when we had to block out a whole day!!! I realise that this sort of thing can't be helped but it would be less frustrating if we hadn't already waited in for the whole morning and some of the afternoon too!! Surely in this age of mobile phones and technology a more accurate arrival time could be sorted in the first place.

It came in an aquatic basket so I didn't need to buy one. The instructions about planting it were helpful and other info on the label. The plant was healthy and had flower buds.

Very quick delivery and pleased to be able to buy item made from recycled plastic.

Great communication from company and very happy with the arch, pretty and reasonably sturdy, simple to put up. We set the spikes in ready made concrete as windy spot.

Plants were very good and good value. Courier however delivered them to the No 19 in the adjacent street and not our No 19. Otherwise would have been 5 stars
