Gaughans Group attended to clear a blocked shower drain (couldn’t fault initial communication & visit) however the issue returned within a week. I contacted them to arrange a follow-up visit (communication became very sporadic but I gave them benefit of the doubt) but once booked in, he cancelled on two separate occasions due various excuses. He subsequently offered a refund rather than resolving the problem and when I replied to accept, I found that they had blocked all communication with me - WhatsApp & facebook. A very disappointing experience due to the unresolved issue, over £100 out of pocket and lack of professional communication. I am not one to complain but do not want others facing the same issues. Wouldn’t recommend.

Charlie fixed a new boiler in for us, He was friendly, reliable and very professional,
He was very efficient and I soon had hot water and heating again thankfully
I would definitely recommend and choose Charlie for work again and he deserves more than 10/10 reviews

Charlie did all the plumbing and installation for an entirely new bathroom suite, laying new pipework, installing shower and shower tray, wc and basin along with new basin. I wasn't always able to be at the property but this wasn't a problem as Charlie's communication was always excellent. I was always kept updated on the work, with photos. He was also very on the ball about thinking ahead to how his would impact on other trades. Would strongly recommend.

Had an issue with my sink and washing machine. AlCharlie came and cleared up the issue with great efficiency. Gave me additional advice on what to do to avoid future clogging.

Sunday evening water leak, called Charlie from Gaughans Group.

He explained over the phone how to turn the water off and promptly arrived around 45 minutes later.

In a short time he had replaced a few fittings and problem solved.

Another great job from this very reliable company, I got a emergency call from one of my clients on late Sunday evening & they were there within 3hrs & fixed the issue, I recommend this company to all my clients as the works carried out are to the highest standards every time , keep up the good lads.

Charlie and his team have been exceptional! We have been stuck not being able to use any of our facilities in our outhouse due to faulty pipework, from quoting to job complete we cannot fault them with cost and efficiency, will definitely use for any future jobs, highly recommend!

Fast efficient and reliable, We had Gaughans Group attend our home today due to drainage issues, We were visited by a gentleman called Charlie who was very helpful and clearly knew what he was doing and rectified the blockage with ease. Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish very professional. sometimes it seems asking trades about things I needed done without feeling they only really here to get what they can out of me and messing me about not Charlie he took the time to talk me through everything upfront and honest what more can you ask will defo only use Charlie from now on. one very happy customer thank you so much ❤️
