A Great Choice
Easy to open the account and offering a good rate on a Fixed Bond. Rang to make an enquiry and could not believe I was through in moments - no piped music for minutes on end. The staff member who answered was polite, helpful, efficient and spoke CLEARLY. Outcome achieved in no time at all.

Superb bank to deal with....
Rang GB bank & my call was answered within 30 seconds.That is brilliant in my book.
Spoke to a lady by the name of Emma who was superb.She clarified a couple of my questions very clearly.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and patient with me, (being a little elderly,) and talked me through everything precisely. She went through everything with me to make sure I was happy with the product I was purchasing.

No call waiting time. Got through to a representative straightaway. Swags is an excellent representative; dealt with an issue patiently in a calm professional manner, investigated thoroughly and provided me the clear information what would happen next, when to happen and what I should do. Outstanding Customer Service.,On each occasion i needed advice by phone. My call was answered immediately. Once through security, i was guided clearly and effectively. Rob waited whilst I was on the Ap, talking me through. He checked once completed and confirmed my actions were accepted.

Login Problem
I was having problems trying to log into my GB Bank account. I contacted GB Bank and spoke to Claire who was able to pinpoint where I was going wrong. Within a few seconds following Claire's advice, I was able to log into my account in no time. Claire was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to.
