GrejFreak ApS (owner of GearFreak) was founded on the 1st of July 2008 by Kristian Rasmussen and Casper Pedersen in Denmark. Kristian is a former Lance Corporal at the Jutland Dragoon Regiment and has been stationed in Kosovo on team 17 and in Afghanistan on team 7. Casper has a bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing from the Business Academy in Aarhus and has a great interest in civilian outdoor life. The foundation of our company is built on countless experiences and recommendations from professional soldiers from all branches of the Danish Armed Forces. It is a fact that many soldiers today buy equipment to supplement what they get from the Forces. Soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan especially find a need for gear that they have not been supplied with.

Guter Begleiter für kalte Herbstnächte
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Schlafsack, der auch bei Temperaturen um 5 Grad mollig warm hält. Ich tendierte zum Bundeswehr-Schlafsack von Carinthia.
Da der aber aktuell schwer zu bekommen ist und auch als gebrauchter über 100€ kostet, fiel meine Entscheidung auf den Snugpak.
Ich kann noch nicht viel sagen, was die Extremtemperatur angeht, aber eine erste Nacht bei 7 Grad im Bulli hat mich überzeugt. Er war mollig warm. Einen Pulli oder Thermoleggings hat es definitiv nicht gebraucht.
Ich denke, der hat wirklich Potential für kalte Nächte und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut top!
Er ist ein Mumienschlafsack und eher eng geschnitten. Was natürlich auch Bedingung ist für eine Super-Wärmewirkung. Wer Platz braucht, ist vielleicht falsch beraten, wer es warm haben möchte, hat sicherlich einen treuen Begleiter für kalte Herbstnächte😃

I would use again
I would use again, decent customer service but delivery is extremely slow, it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive, which burnt me pretty badly as I needed the kit for work.
Decent price but don't order from them unless time isn't an issue

Top notch! The website is very clear and professional. The FAQ are very clear and the most important questions about duties and vat were answered. As a private buyer goods arrive at your door for the price you pay on the website without Brexit screwing things up like has happened to me so many times when making purchases from abroad. I purchased a Petromax Atago which was very competitively priced and arrived within the week delivered by Evri. I am really impressed and will definitely mention them to friends with an interest in outdoor gear and cooking. It is clear that this company takes great pride in their service and are worth supporting.
