GrejFreak ApS (owner of GearFreak) was founded on the 1st of July 2008 by Kristian Rasmussen and Casper Pedersen in Denmark. Kristian is a former Lance Corporal at the Jutland Dragoon Regiment and has been stationed in Kosovo on team 17 and in Afghanistan on team 7. Casper has a bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing from the Business Academy in Aarhus and has a great interest in civilian outdoor life. The foundation of our company is built on countless experiences and recommendations from professional soldiers from all branches of the Danish Armed Forces. It is a fact that many soldiers today buy equipment to supplement what they get from the Forces. Soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan especially find a need for gear that they have not been supplied with.

I didn’t realise it would take so long…
I didn’t realise it would take so long to arrive. I was expecting it to come from outside the uk. Also, the sizing is very confusing and I will have to pay to exchange for a larger size.

I’m sorry that the delivery time was so long! We are trying to do everything that we can, to deliver parcels to the UK as fast as possible. Sadly, the UK customs can delay our parcels for a few days, and then we can’t do anything to clear the parcel faster.
Your feedback regarding choosing the right size, is now handed over to the right department, so they can update it on our website, and make it easier for all our customers to have the right size the first time.

We ordered at gearfreak.eu , and it was awesome! We ordered March 1st in the evening and we got it today on March 4th! And the website says they are located in Denmark so this was ridicilously fast! (We live in the Netherlands.) Very great! Also when i emailed them with questions about products they responded within minutes. I'm very happy, thankyou very much!

The product is excellent. You didn’t make it you just sold it. All you had to do was deliver it and give reasonable communication. I emailed you twice as it took three times as long to deliver as was stated … and I still have no response to any emails. The courier left the parcel on my doorstep In a busy town … shocked it wasn’t stolen! It was shipped from an EU country which is a major issue after Brexit and you suggest you are a UK company and it’s stocked in the UK! Buyer beware - any company that charges for delivery and then you find out they are using Hermes rings alarm bells! Cheapest courier for a very good reason - but when you are charged for delivery you expect DPD or Royal Mail….

Moin aus Ostfriesland! Diese Blundstones habe ich mir schon vorher 2x gekauft. Ich trage sie täglich, auch im Stall und zum Reiten. Tolle Qualität und wenn man sie gut mit Lederfett behandelt hat man lange etwas davon. Gearfreak hat die Schuhe gut verpackt schnell gesendet und ich freue mich, das ich sie schon anziehen kann! Superbequem 👍🏻😀
