Trustworthy company
I bought a mug for my OH. I hadn't heard of Geek-aboo before but hoped all would be OK. It was. Mug was promptly despatched and arrived exactly as described andwell packaged. Happy to recommend and will be using again.

The images used did not match the product that I received. If you weren't selling the alpha pre-con decks, you should not have been using the pictures from the alpha pre-con decks. I was worried it was too good to be true because It usually is thanks to shady business practices like this.

This was an oversite on our part due to this being a new product that as a team we are still very much learning about. I can assure you that using incorrect images to sell products is not something we would intentionally do, and we certainly don’t carry out any shady business practices.
We are a small team who really do our best to provide the best customer experience we can for fellow enthusiasts of all things geek, gaming, pop culture and beyond. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund for the item. We have a US based return address we can receive the order back to and happily reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.
We will email the returns address to you shortly if you wish to use it, and work to achieve to a fair resolve with you via email.

After initially being let down due to a stock issue they have gone bove and beyond for me.
Not only did they refund me they sourced the item from elsewhere and and sent it together with a fabulous mystery box.
Everything arrived in perfect condition and looks amazing.
The absolute best customer service and it has restored my faith and cheered me up after a particularly grotty week.
