The service and care I have just received from Ian and Ethan has been exceptional. I had a beautiful diamond ring that I wanted to reset as earrings and they modelled a design for me that is personal and perfect. I absolutely love what they have created for me. Highly recommend

Ben made us feel welcome and at ease. He listened to our request & budget and created a beautiful design. We then tweaked the design, which was no problem! I’m a visual person so they created a mock up of the design so I could see the idea come to life, even putting stones in to really see what it might be like. It fits well and I’ve already had lots of compliments! It’s not my first time using L&B and I’m hoping it won’t be my last!! Start to finish a really easy and fun process to design the perfect engagement ring! Thank you!

I had 3 tings designed and made , from the design process to the finished rings was completely in the loop I was even shown detailed lifelike CAD drawing I couldn’t be happier .

Ian did a fantastic job of completely reproducing the metalwork of my vintage ring (which belonged to my husband's grandmother) in a way that it is now good as new and strong, whilst preserving the 1930s style. It was so important to me that it still looked like the original ring and he took time to fully discuss how we could achieve this. I am grateful to have found my way to someone with such skill and expertise.....it is perfect!! Thanks Ian!

I went to Lester & Brown with my late mother’s engagement ring and asked them to make me a pendant with the diamonds from it and some other diamonds I had.
I am absolutely bowled over with the end result! They listened to my ideas and designed me a beautiful piece of jewellery,
The care and attention to detail they showed was second to none and they kept me updated from start to finish.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewellery, either bespoke or off the shelf.

We have sought the expert services from Lester & Brown for many years and their customer service and professionalism is faultless.

On the 1st January 2026 I turned 40 and for the last few years have mentioned on numerous occasions that I would love an eternity ring to fit my engagement & wedding rings ( which were made by Lester & Brown).

My Husband plotted behind my back secretly to get one designed and made by Lester & Brown. At Christmas he made the error of missing the opening hours to pick it up and realised that the odds of me receiving the eternity ring on my Birthday- New Year's Day, were very slim.

He reached out on their website via the message service and was astonished to receive a response from one of the owners, who was willing to save the day. He opened the shop just for my Husband in order for him to collect the ring.

The eternity ring is stunning and perfect. I cried on receiving it and feel very blessed.

I have used Lester and Brown for the past 10years. There are a lot of options to choose from and they are always happy to accomodate my requests. They never fail to go the extra mile for me. I will not go anywhere else!

Can’t recommend the service from Lester and Brown enough. The diamond and platinum necklace was for my 50th birthday and it had been left it a bit late to order it but amazingly they got it to my husband on time for me to open on the day. It is stunning, I am over the moon, thank you!

I'm smitten with my new ring, designed and made by the team at Lester & Brown.

I'm indecisive and picky (the worst combination!). Ian and David helped me to think about different designs and styles over coffee, sharing amazing 3D designs to help me visualise the end result.

My neglected wedding / engagement/ eternity rings also now look as good as new after being resized and repaired.

We had an incredible experience with Lester & Brown who designed a custom engagement ring for us, which was exactly what we wanted. My fiancee disclosed the budget he had in mind and they surpassed the expectations below the number, proving their integrity and trustworthiness. I chose Lester and Brown for both my fiancé’s engagement and wedding ring, which were designed bespoke, and the service I received was nothing short of fantastic. Ian designed the rings exactly as described, using CAD drawings which really helped to visualise how they would look. The end result for both rings was perfect and exactly what we wanted - not to mention he fast tracked the wedding ring as we were a bit last minute in sorting it out! Recommendation from a friend! Excellent service and fast tracked the tailored engagement ring for my fiancé within 8 days! Ben and team made our consultation personable, open and educated on their wealth of knowledge on diamonds. Ben was in close contact over messenger updating me on stones and diamonds styles until I made the decision.

What an amazing service from start to finish. All the staff are so friendly & extremely knowledgeable & professional.
I had a bespoke ring made using my pre-loved jewellery. I absolutely love the finished item!! Together with the guys in the shop we designed what I was looking for, they approved each stage with me. Sent a video of the finished ring for my approval before any work was done.
I genuinely highly recommend Lester & Brown Jewellers.

5 star service, they were all super friendly and efficient. I enquired about an engagement ring resize in the morning, took the ring in the afternoon and they did it within 20 minutes. Excellent, would highly recommend!
