I want to thanks Geepas for their service and support when my product had a fault. The team tried their best to resolve the issue for me and happily replaced the product when it was found that it can't be fixed.

Item arrived broken, no refund, no response... Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Kettle arrived damaged. Contacted Geepas support 4 times in 2 weeks. No response. I had to go and buy another kettle so double expense, and no word whether l will receive a refund for the faulty item I paid for but cannot use. Avoid buying from Geepas.

Product stopped working after a few…

Product stopped working after a few weeks. I had the same problem first time I purchased it, I was given another under warranty.
Not heard back from the company after sending various emails. Loved the product, shame it stopped working and
shame about the customer service.

Good warranty

Kettle developed a fault after 6 weeks and Company refused to replace it under the warranty.
Update: They contacted me to offer a full replacement for which I thank them.

Bought kettle and toaster from this company unfortunately the kettle was faulty. I contacted company and they replied right away and after telling them what was wrong they replaced the item without any problems.
