Generator Guru - Parts & Spares Opiniones

The least I could do for you and give you a great review five stars that is!!!!
This website gives you FREE easy to use advice and will also provide you with Parks if needed! 😃

The Generator Guru team is very responsive and conscientious. Their responses to Engineering advice/help requests are obviously from real people and not pre-canned or computer generated drivel. They respond quickly and actually answer all of the individual questions you may have asked. Their model listing of generators is comprehensive; even for the cheap Chinese, fly-by-night knock offs; and if/when you order a part for your generator by model, it will be the part you need.

I bought a new generator and used it only once to try it out. Being idle outside for more than two years parts deteriorated beyond repair. I browsed the whole internet for replacements with no luck until I landed on GENERATOR GURU site. They had the parts and even assisted me how to fix them.
Extremely grateful and would recommend them to everyone in need of help.

Quick answers, polite people, very good and helpful answers! Highly recommended🙂10/10

Amazingly helpful team I have had parts from them before but this is the first time I have talked to the technical staff they have great knowledge and made me understand the issue. They have saved me 100s.

You really need to look no further for any generator needs, Great to deal with people that really do know what they are doing.

Without any pressure to purchase a single thing,I have been given advice and instructions on how to fix my genny issue. What a perfect service. Thank you.

The service is excellent. They knew what they were talking about. Ordering was made very simple. Delivery was right on what they said it would be. I needed some specs and they promptly answered my questions and emailed me what I needed. will definitely order from here again.

Found them off a Google search for a Generator that was bought at Harbor Freight.
Not only did they have the correct parts, but they took the time to package my gasket kit so it wouldn't get bent or damaged in shipping. They even wrapped the new carb studs so the threads wouldn't get buggered up.

That was impressive alone but from the time I ordered til I received the package was literally 39hours to ship from the UK over here to Upstate New York.

I highly recommend using this company to anyone looking for parts for a generator. Don't waste your time on Amazon, go to these professionals, you won't be sorry.

I needed some inportant spec info that I couldn't find anywhere they came through without a thought.
Thanks

They are the only place I could find that had a fuel filter for my generator-and was possibly the best place in the world to buy it! I live in the US, and their shipping was faster than some of the things I buy from EBay here in the states! Fit perfect, and the price was right. Great communication, and pleasant to do business with! Thank you so much!
