I bought my car in April 2021 with German Engineering Cars and I have to say that I was very impressed with their professional service. The car I got is in fantastic condition and at a great price I could afford. I was allowed to look it over properly without feeling any pressure to buy. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend GEC Cars.

I bought my new car the last 26th of December. Yes Boxing Day! My old car needed to be replaced urgently and the workers at German Engineering Car Sales made the effort to show me the vehicle on such an special day.

The customer care was excellent and the worker who I dealt with, was professional and friendly. The process was quite straight forward and in a matter of minutes and after a test drive, I left with a new vehicle. Leaving my old car as a part exchange.

I would be happy to use this service again.

I bought my car with German engineering January 2020 on a spur of the moment decision to view a car..took it out for a spin and bought it there and then on finance sorted out by Howard, he saved me just short of 3k on interest that I had been quotedby a differentcar dealers....Result!!.
I have had the best customer services with them, great prices for returning customers. I love my car soooooo much!! I highly recommend them.

Pretty pointless advising on my experience as they will come back with a made up story. So cut a long story short, I spent £6000 on a ‘used car in pristine condition’. On the same drive home the car was overheating, after a month back and forth, I got a courtesy car whilst they ‘fixed’ my car. The courtesy car did not even make it out the garage, overheated. (Coincidental!) 4 WEEKS without a car full stop whilst they ‘fixed’ the car I purchased from them, they returned the car in even worse condition. After disputing and even turning back up there, 3 male members of staff (manager, car sales man & mechanic) pushing, shoving, shouting in a 20 year old lady’s face telling me ‘fffff off away from us’. I was on the verge of contacting the police with the threatening and intimidating behaviour these people displayed.

This car has now been sold for spares and repairs and I am £6000 down. I also found out they had illegally set back the mileage clock prior to me purchasing the vehicle!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!! IT WILL COST YOU IN THE FUTURE. BIGGEST SCAMMERS OUT THERE!!

In reply to there ridiculously laughable response to confirm this was NOT on finance, when there solicitors supposedly contact me for proof I have recordings of there behaviour, by telephone and in person, confirmation of payment paid in full certainly not on finance, and the confirmation of sale for spares and repairs dated 7 months after I purchased the vehicle from these people. I also have all my documentation from the solicitors too to clarify my information, guys I don’t need to justify myself, simply warning others, I assume 90% of there reviews on here are fake, to see the real reviews please take a look at the on Facebook!! There the REAL REVIEWS!

I truly hope that my review leaves one less person putting money into these disgustingly vile scammers pockets, especially ‘Adam’s.

Just picked a car up a couple of days ago. Everything was spot on, car was immaculate,very efficient, great customer service. Definitely recommend

Very Helpful people ,bought a car from them in June 2020. Had 5 months Mot remaining,and they offered me a free mot in December,which gladly my car passed .No advisories. They make you feel relaxed when your here,and no obligation or pushy to buy their cars. Also free Tea and Coffee was a plus. Thanks German Engineering.

Indicators broke on my car (not bought from them) and they fitted my new ones for me ready for an MOT retest promptly and were really helpful advising me what the issue was. Amazing service in an even more amazing time frame! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience buying my first mini from the guys at German engineering, really genuine, friendly and helpful service, they literally go above and beyond, I couldn’t be happier, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a great used car at a very fair price.

Great customer service, long drive for us but all worth. The car we wanted initially got sold mean while but the stuff advertised on another car and we are very happy with the purchase. Best warranty service too. Well done boys. Highly recommended!

AVOID!!!! Sold one of my family members a car that is not road worthy as was check by a garage a few days after sale with multiple things wrong with it!!!! They say it had MOT and service but cant have with the massive problems they had with it. Once told this the sales men was extensively aggressive!!!! Please dont be fall for the friendly sales tactic!!!

Very polite staff and extremely accommodating catering to all my needs and concerns, upon purchase of the vehicle I realise there was a fault with the a/c and when I rang them to complain the second I said there is a fault with.... they told me without hesitation to bring it in and where happy to take a look they realised the fault was not their fault but my own but still happily took care of it for me and sorted it before the end of the day on them. I’d like to personally thank Mr Adam for his support and advice and all staff for their perfect customer service. I would not hesitate to return when I want another upgrade.
