SCAM !! Ordered in sept and nothing arrived. I’ve emailed and had no reply!! Cheeky bastards!!

Complete scam, placed an order and received email “confirmation” a couple of weeks later no delivery as yet. Emailed them to find out as it could have been a genuine mistake. I didn’t hear anything back it has been chased up twice now and complete silence from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR SITE

Ordered one of the cushions over four weeks ago, got nothing apart from a fake tracking number. Total scam! I’ve emailed them and still nothing. Now having to go through my bank to get money back. Do not order from these.

No order received, don't waste your time or money. Ordered on the 1st says up to 5 days for delivery nothing no updates on order.

Orders on 20 October, still processing in SHOP app….. scam

Total scam - ordered the chill mate cushion, delivery stated 2-5 day..2 weeks later still no sign, tried finding tracking info, nothing found not even order number. Emailed…nothing, then got a fake tracking number…tried chasing again & nothing- no response etc, should have checked reviews first. Now having to go through bank for money return

Scam. Ordered, got tracking number, does not track. Do not respond to emails or contact via website. Nothing received! Will claim back via bank . Avoid at all costs!

Ordered over a month ago, took my money and still no product, they do not respond to emails. AVOID, defiantly a scam

SCAM.
I got scammed by this company and yesterday received an email from Chillnest, claiming they were not the same company as getchillmate.
The website is exactly the same, so I’m guessing it’s another scam trying to get more money!!

I ordered 3 of the chill mate phone holders & cushions & still have not received my order . I have sent lots of emails trying to find out where my order is & have had 2 replies to say it has been dispatched!! Tracking number they gave me doesn’t work on their website it says order not found. AVOID they are clearly a scam & just take your money !!! So annoying

Do not use. I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Much like all the other UK reviews, the money was paid and packages never arrived. Now going through my bank to claim the money back.

Scam site!!
No delivery notification, product or tracking received. I contacted the website to be sent a message from Chill Nest to advise Get Chill Mate has taken their images etc and had customers contact them with the same issues believing them to be the same company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not order from this company. Order never arrived. Customer service non existent. Attempted to contact the company on numerous occasions no response.

Ordered 27/10/25, received confirmation and shipping confirmation on 01/11/25 however never received the goods. I’ve contacted them twice with no reply. I’ve had to put through a cashback claim with my bank! Do not trust this seller.

I’ve now had an email from chill nest saying they are the real company etc the one I’ve ordered from is a scam they have nothing to do with them! …. If that’s the case then how have you got my details too send me an Email telling me so? Stay away from them all whole things a big scam!

Same as everyone else reviewing ordered the item end of Oct! It’s now 13th November and I’ve had no refund no items delivered and no response too any emails I’ve sent!

Contacted my bank for a charge back!

ordered on 16th Oct still not received. Emailed and tried calling no reply !! would not recommend. Received a tracking number but no shippers details.
My sister also ordered and the same thing no reply to emails.

I have read other reviews and they vary from 1-5* why can't they be consistent?

They don’t even send your order & ignore every single email you send them! Do NOT order from these that’s exactly why they have comments turned off on TikTok videos so no1 can expose them!

Wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered at the beginning of October after seeing there ad pop up on Facebook and still haven’t received my order. They marked it as shipped but provided a fake tracking number and then they never bothered to respond since! Tried leaving a review on their website but looks as though they approve them so you only see the good reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Although the product arrived a bit late, the customer support was always helpful and responsive. I'm very pleased to have finally received the product.

1 month later and still without an order.
I’ve emailed and received an email back apologising for the delay insisting it had been sent.
They were only little stocking fillers for my daughters, but it’s the principle of it that they’ve took my money and not sent the products.
Complete scam, something seriously wrong with these people!
