Great service from Dizzie! My friends and I love the zero waste products and the delivery/collection service works great.

Love the idea of zero plastic. Always try to shop with that in mind. Website range is good, though there seems to be more organic products than non-organic, (at least in the items I like to buy), which I'm not interested in. Customer service is excellent. Queries answered in the estimated time. 4 stars given because of products I would like are 'out of stock' or 'back soon' so I have to shop elsewhere or do without. Not a problem but it doesn't help the aim of zero-plastic. I love the new colour & shape of the new containers, but -a big but- not easy to unscrew, if you have small hands or problem with hands, as they are smooth! The white ones have ridges which help with unscrewing.

It’s great to receive all my household essentials, organic, hassle free and with no plastic packaging. All products are excellent and it saves me a trip round a supermarket!

Great system. Making zero waste shopping convenient and accessible for all. I was very pleased with the new treats I ordered, especially the chocolate almond clusters! When I had a question, customer service responds within 24 hours. I recommend trying a non stick pan for the vegan sausage mix as those didn’t work out great for me on a sticky pan.

Love being able to purchase plastic free. Fab delivery service. Only reason not 5 stars is that products are frequently out of stock so I can't take full advantage of the free monthly delivery. Otherwise it is brilliant. Would love to be able to purchase chilled products too.

Deliveries containing Glass jars regularly arrived smashed, with stick mess spread over everything.
Generally more expensive now than supermarket shelves.
