My delivery came quicker than expected. I like the system. Quick response to my emails.

The delivery was what I wanted and arrived promptly. However, they've switched their re-useable plastic pots to ones made of a substance which may not be vegetarian. So I'm not buying their products in re-useable pots anymore:-(

This is a good idea to save plastic and works well. We mainly buy cereals and bread flour which are excellent. You can buy tinned goods - tomatoes, coconut milk etc but these are much more expensive than in the supermarket and both are organic. Non-dairy milk exact same product is also much cheaper in supermarket so we don’t buy these from here anymore.

I loved the good club, it had a wide range of products I used every month. Dizzie doesn’t have bread flour and tinned goods so now I struggle to order enough to get a monthly delivery. I want to continue using it but need a wider range of products. There are rivals out there now guys. Please step up.

I like ordering from Dizzie, I just wish it was more affordable.

I preferred Good club to Dizzie. There were other things like pesto, tinned tomatoes, Passata, drinks that were available. Dizzie is so limited. We crowdfunded good club and for no clear reason it changed to Dizzie. What is the story there?!

I get all my zero waste essentials delivered to my door
Then simply pack all the returnable tubs and packaging and it goes back to dizzie.

There's no doubt that both businesses also treat their staff well; and that says a lot.

Efficient delivery, great products and really good customer service.

I have been with the Good Club before rebounding to get dizzie for sometime and the experience was quite fine. At times I hoped the tub and boxes were a bit more cleaned but it was not always an issue. Unfortunately, I do not quite like the new brand and the colour chosen. I just do not reflect my self in new brand.

Quick, simple delivery and pick up. Good food.

Good service and products. A little bit more work decanting into my own containers but very happy to do so if it cuts down on plastics and waste.

Really happy with every item I have bought from Dizzie over the past year. Delivery is always prompt, all items are clearly marked and the grocery/products are of the highest quality.
