Easy to use service reducing plastic waste. The delivery came when expected. I just empty each of the containers into my own reusable jars then put the empty containers back into the crate, fasten ties, peel off label & put on step to be collected. Really easy. I would love to buy everything plastic free but the only downside is that unfortunately with the cost of everything going up so much, this isn’t necessarily the cheapest option. Some things are cheaper but some are more expensive.

So easy. Delivery received on time. Emptied the food into jars / containers and put the empty jars and packaging paper back in the box. Sealed the box, revealed the label and left the box outside for collection the next day. This works so well and creates no waste. Love it!

Easy ordering and good choice of products to choose from. I’ve always received my deliveries within 5 days and the box is collected 1 or 2 days after. Overall, I’m a happy customer!

I really like the whole idea of good club, the website is uncomplicated and the delivery and pick up easy , I’m trying to reduce my impact on the environment as best I can and shopping through good club helps. The only negative comment I can make is that its quite expensive - unfortunately trying to shop ethically/organically always costs more, but I feel for the environment it’s worth it.

I placed an order which was simple enough. The delivery driver opened my package in front of me and took my empties away which I thought was good. But now every day I am receiving emails and collection attempts from Hermes requesting my empties. I emailed the company and apparently the glitch was fixed yet I'm still receiving the emails and Hermes are still trying to collect my nonexistent boxes. I cancelled my account and won't use them again.

I was a bit sceptical at first, what would the quality be like, would I have to buy in large quantities? So far a really positive experience, yes you can buy in large quantities, but only if you want to. Quality has been excellent, the only time I have had to contact customer services my query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Stocks most of the basics I use and love the fact I don’t have to deal with loads of supermarket plastic.
I thought my husband would have qualms, but he is like a kid in a sweet shop the day the delivery arrives!

Good club is a brilliant idea. There isn't a place close to me where I can buy loose stuff like this. I used to use Wholefoods but they've gone and I really missed them. Superb idea and it works really well. Over the month I add stuff to my basket as I think of things then order my delivery when it's time. I decant my stuff to the m million jars I've been saving since forever and then pop my crate round the corner to the parcel shop. Brilliant.

Delivery and collection were on time. I'm happy with the snacks. I love the roasted chickpeas coated in cookies and cream, my husband loves the salted and spicy nuts.

Everyone should be using The Good Club! Reliable, hugely ethical (little to no single use plastic), affordable, and to your door. And great fun decanting all your lovely foods. 👍❤️

As yet, I haven't encountered any negative issues with my orders. Everything has gone as it should.

Love the reusable nature to the delivery boxes and the products are always lovely.
