This is intended to be helpful insight…
This is intended to be helpful insight to Inflow's policy and standard practice decision makers....
After spending the last 30 minutes parsing through various reviews, I am still undecided as to whether I want to bother with this app. It's not because of the price, although the cost disparity between your monthly and annual pricing is baffling for a digital product. It's because you are an organization in the business of supporting people struggling with the effects of ADHD, that very often include things like, say, forgetting about what subscription charges we've signed up for.
It seems to me that and organization of people stating they want to provide support services to people struggling with ADHD would incorporate into their ethics and practices some appropriately robust and thorough *proactive follow-up* from your customer care team to ensure people aren't getting charges they don't want.
Or, and really this is the better play for you.... Just eliminate your auto-renewal policy. Recognize that your consumer base has this symptom, and responsibly choose to not predate on it, even "unintentionally". The consumers that are happy with your product will voluntarily renew when they receive their bill, and you won't piss off a whole bunch of people you say you're here to help.
- edit after receiving company's response: I am now certain I will not be using this app, and I strongly recommend other consumers also keep looking. The company made their position clear. Profit over people.

This app is fantastic
This app is fantastic, there are regular updates, the information modules are great when you first start & then looking for specific support topics as you go along, the timers and focus reminders are great but the most helpful for me are the almost daily coaching sessions. It’s a fantastic resource which keeps me on track, everyone is great, I love it 🥰

Oh my god - InFlow took £318 from me without my knowledge
Oh my god. I am horrified. I just checked my bank account and InFlow have taken two payments (£159 each) since October 2024. As someone with ADHD, I have difficulty with financial matters and struggle to regularly check my bank account, so the initial payment was missed, as was the second year's subscription!
I received no receipts, no subscription details, no reminders and no confirmation of any of this and I have never even used the app. I don't even have a login!
I only discovered this today because I have in fact been told I'm at risk of redundancy and I need to get my affairs in order so I bit the bullet to see what state my account was in and got this shock on top of everything else.
I suspect what has happened is I saw one of the instagram ads this company puts out and went to check it out and downloaded the app via the App Store. However, when I check for any paid subscriptions linked to my Apple ID, there is nothing. It is highly unlikely that I would have gone on to register a subscription considering CBT tools do not even work for me!!
I am absolutely horrified that InFlow has somehow managed to take such a substantial amount of money from me without any warning or even any record?! If this had been a genuine 'forgot to cancel after free trial' situation then perhaps I would accept it as just another adhd tax, but I know FOR CERTAIN that I would not have signed up for a free trial for such an expensive platform without any record of that decision taking place - I am seriously concerned that something has gone very wrong here and I can't get hold of anyone at the company. I don't know what to do.

Extremely helpful app for ADHD
The modules in the app are very helpful and insightful. The co working space offered on Zoom is invaluable. Having a community and co working space makes it so much easier to get things done. Highly recommend. I have been a member since last Fall.

Starting my 2nd year using the Inflow…
Starting my 2nd year using the Inflow app. I've found the learning modules helpful (I'm learning about ADHD burnout right now) and really enjoy using the co-working and focus group sessions the most. I personally get a lot from body-doubling and appreciate having an inflow facilitator as part of the group, to help keep us on track, encourage us, offer suggestions and share resources with us. Other members of the group have also contributed tips that work for them that I'd never tried in the past. It's nice to have a working group of other humans that understand my challenges. Thank you inflow!

don t answer emails or refund in line with trading standards
I never used this product after the free trial, I forgot to cancel and they charged a year so put it down to experience, Then a year later that took another annual subscription without out any reminders or emails not good for ADHD clients. There is no tel number, they don t answer emails and cant get my money back in 14 days as per law.

Game changer for me
I received a late diagnosis and signed up to the free trial on a whim. Wow, I'm glad I did. Not only have the modules helped me understand myself better, but I've now got real tools I can help to manage and get the most out of the way my brain works. And the co-working sessions are a game-changer for me. I haven't been this productive and focused in years.

Really awful
Really awful, I have ADHD with substantial long-term negative effect on daily activities. I was targeted with advertising on social media and signed up to the trial, which I forgot about and never used. I was then charged £89.99 and have not been able to get a refund despite never using the app. So disappointing for a company that is specifically marketing to people with disabilities. I have stopped signing up to trials because this happens but was lured in by the "we understand ADHD", "peace of mind", "we've got your back" type messaging, which I actually feel contributed to not remembering it needed attention because I wasn't worrying about it.

Very unhappy with free trial info
I will change this if the outcome improves but I did a 7 day free trial and there were messages, highlighting likely concerns for ADHD people re forgetting to cancel in time and that I would get reminders, I didn't and I am now £90 out of pocket. I have emailed them as this appears to be the only means of communication. If this is resolved I will update.

Charged four (4) times - never used
Despite cancelling my free trial, and even receiving an email to confirm this was the case - they have charged me £89.99 FOUR TIMES. I am now down £359.96 for an app I never even used. Awful. Avoid.

Inflow takes out monthly subscriptions I didn't request
I had a look at Inflow. I'm sure I unsubscribed immediately after "free trial test", but they charged me for 3 months before I realised and requested a refund. Inflow doesn't send you a confirmation of your "so called subscription"...it just takes money out monthly. They did refund one month fee but said they don't refund more than 28 days. Beware! This is about money not helping people with ADHD.

Great resource for late-diagnosis…
Great resource for late-diagnosis adults
There are a ton of resources out there for children and parents of children with ADHD and there's a lot of low quality info out there. This the single most reliable (and reasonably priced) resource I've found for someone like me who knows basic adult tasks (use a calendar) but it trying to up their game in terms of knowledge and skills. I really appreciate they even reminded me that my 1 week free trial was ending soon. Once I started using the co-working sessions and community, I got a ton more out of this app. I am not a 'joiner' but the community resources are great particularly for someone like me who is in school and struggling to structure time on difficult and not 'fun' tasks.
I deducted a star as I think their pricing is kind of confusing. When I first signed up I was paying rather a high amount for a month's trial. When I went into the apple app store, I found a WIDE range of pricing tiers, many of which were repetitive and not clearly differentiated. I think I'd been paying for a higher tier but unaware of any supposed benefits to that tier. Inflow is hardly the only app with this problem, but it's an area for improvement. Still, I may use this app for a year or more. By comparison, I paid several hundred dollars for an ADHD coach and I feel like I get as much or more from Inflow.

I thoroughly enjoy my time with inflow
I thoroughly enjoy my time with inflow. The only downside - I wish we could reset our modules. I've gone through all of the modules, well minus 2. I'd like to go back and relisten to past modules and be able to take better notes.
Join the coworking sessions! Jennica and Callie have a great space.

Remember to NOT sign up immeadiatly
I recently signed up to check out the APP and doing so by using the free access period. After I was done checking out the APP I quickly cancelled the subscription long before the time window ran out as I then would be paying a lot of money for it. This morning i woke up to $120 GONE from my account. I have reached out and waiting for an answer as I would very much like to be refunded. This is not okay. I will give an update. Remember DO NOT sign up, they most likely charge you either way….!
