Not genuine Jellycat toys
Not genuine Jellycat toys. They won’t refund unless you send the fakes back to china where they’ve come from which costs a bomb. Avoid at all costs!!!

Fake item?
Bought a jellycat Seagull from this website, I’m not sure if it’s fake or has been owned by someone else. More than anything it doesn’t seem like a new item, the hair in the picture is fluffy, the one I bought has matted hair on its head. It doesn’t mentioned it being pre-loved so I can only assume it is not a real item and it was no different in price.
I tried to message them on their website days ago and I am still waiting for a response.

Good quick delivery
After reading other reviews I was a bit concerned but my item arrived really quickly
The only downside was it was not packaged very well and took a while to get into shape.
All in all satisfied with everything

Very fake goods
Very fake goods. Had to do a chargeback on my card. Put the one they sent next to the genuine one it’s half the size and poorly stitched
