Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a gift on July 12th for daughters birthday. Emailed them to ask when it would arrive, got an email straight back to say it would be dispatched soon. Had an email saying it had been dispatched on 21st July.
Now August 19th still not arrived. Emailed again numerous times but nothing. Absolutely fake order number & says error when trying to track my order!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - absolute SCAM

Ordered 2 giant Mr Grumps months ago. Initially engaged with me - now absolutely nothing. Still not had nor any refund. Complete con.

I ordered a moon jelly cat back in october! After never receiving my order that was sent to the "wrong adress" and having confirmation of being sent back to sender i was told multiple times to email to courier as they didn't have my order in there warehouse. Although providing evidence every time proving they had it. After simply asking for a refund I've been ignored and still not been given a refund this website is a SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Buyers beware. The jellycat I received was an obvious fake- a very poor anx very cheap copy. The replies to my emails were apologetic. They asked me to return the item to China at my own expense so they could refund me in full. Once I mentioned my consumer rights there was silence. This is clearly a scam.

Counterfeit items sent from China, difficult to get them the offer refund, when items sent back they accept and don’t refund- had to claim fraud via my bank to get this back.

I genuinely thought I was buying an original JELLYCAT plush toy, but what I received was nothing but a cheap knock-off with a huge “CHINA” tag hanging on it , clearly fake!
The quality is garbage, absolutely nowhere close to an original JELLYCAT. When I tried to return it following their so-called return instructions, every attempt was ignored and deliberately bypassed. Their customer service is a complete joke, zero support, total avoidance.
I feel completely cheated. They sent me rubbish, took my money, and then blocked any attempt to resolve it.

Ordered in September for a digital calender and have had no response to emails and messages total scammed. Been paid by bank and they have the cheek to dispute the banks claim. SCAM SCAM AND SCAM

I always worry about authenticity of products when I buy online but the bunny I bought is the real deal!! The little surprise was gorgeous!!!!

Item never turned up, refunded without explanation. Wouldn’t recommend using.

Good price, product just as described. Delivery a little longer than expected. Wish it was clear that it's not coming from UK even though website says warehouse there.
UPDATE I have since found out this is a fake jellycats toy and am very disappointed as I am usually more careful than that. Not same as picture shown on website. Will certainly not use again and hope this new review stops other people as well.
