What a scam. Refunded my money and kept the delivery fee despite no toy or request for refund.

Courier was fast but coming from Shenzhen was not impressive, as people would misunderstand goods from Taobao instead. My order was placed from Hong Kong through the official site in Europe. If goods coming from Hong Kong rather then Shenzhen,the feeling of genuine goods could be ascertained.

I wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering! A sham company based in China selling fake Jelly Cat toys at full price. The order did arrive within a couple of weeks but is clearly a fake. No reply from the email provided on the website.

What a disgrace of a company they should not be allowed to get away with trading AVOID AVOID selling fake jelly cats shame on you as a company taking inocent peoples money DISGRACE stop them from trading

I haven’t received my order yet and it was for my granddaughter’s birthday yesterday. So I’m not happy.

I’ve been scammed! Hope I can get the money back! Robbing bastards! One disappointed little girl on my hands!

This company is a scam and sends out fake jellycats or doesn’t send them at all

The item i ordered is NOT the quality I wouod except a JellyCat to be and when I asked for a refund they have ignored every attempt I have made.

FAKE, I ordered the Bartholomew bear and what arrived had a random label and tag sewn in. Three emails were ignored so I disputed it with my bank. They and 90 days to argue the case and waited over 70. So now have to 5 days argue my case ridiculous. They blatantly lie in their argument saying “product matches description” ( it obviously doesn’t). Can now see the photos are taken from the jellycat website with the background edited. Reviews must be fake too as you can’t leave reviews. I have the real one now and the everything is wrong not even a good fake.

Definitely a scam. I ordered the Bartholomew strawberry bear and they sent me a fake. It looks nothing like it. I’m shocked they even thought I wouldn’t notice lol. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They also will not respond to you. So I had to dispute the charge.

They took the maximum amount of time stated to send it and I was starting to panic after reading these reviews that it would be a fake scam, but I did get a genuine jelly cat after two weeks.

Fake jelly cat toys. Website looks very impressive says USA based but I believe they were a Chinese import through a uk distribution company. No response from customer service when chasing the marshmallows which did not arrive for 2 weeks - not exactly the fast delivery advertised! Then I looked them up here to find others with the same issue and that they were fakes.
I can confirm indeed that they are definitely fakes. Same price as real ones too! I bought the real one from a well known uk shop which arrived in 2 days. The fake one is overstuffed, smaller and squat, legs wonky, different material, does not say suitable from birth (good thing as it isn’t!!), ribbons holding them together are in the wrong place and badly stitched, no blush on cheeks. The labels have clearly improved as I would not have noticed until compared to the real ones. I have asked my credit card company to chase my money back from them. I emailed them (the getplushie email) again to return the fake products and have yet to receive a response.

Completely fake website paid nearly the same price as orginally JC.

Absolutely terrible 😞 they take your money and you don’t receive anything, the website is still up and running and I’m sure Lots of people will be so disappointed when they don’t get the jellycat they think they have ordered ! I can’t believe it’s allowed to still be up and running it needs shutting down !! Beware do not deal with them !!!

SCAM! Avoid this company. My jellycat never turned up and they are sending AI generated emails instead of responding. Absolutely disgusting.
